I've been to countless dealership mechanics (Toyota Hyundai Holden) and many different family owned and privately owned shops before and none of them have ever come also to the level of the service these guys provide both in customer service & quality of workI think I found these guys off a random Google search after I had enough of my old mechanic I'm glad I did!!From the moment you make your booking to when you pick your car up it's a pleasurable experienceDoesn't just do things to your car they let you know what needs repairing and what can and can't waitIts good to know how thorough these guys areI always recommend you guys to everybody who lives in the coolum area

Ram Auto service our beloved Aston Martin. Their combined experience enthusiasm and dedication far outweigh the official AM dealers. In addition they go the extra mile to make sure everything is checked and OK on the car. The quality of their work is absolutely outstanding.

Will not go back again and will certainly not recommend to anyone unless the management is changed!!!He would look you in the eye and lie to you about your car. If you tell him other wise he will deny and put the blame on his mechanics.He does not apologizes for wasting your time.My car was booked 5 days in advance.It sat there from 8.30 Am, no phone calls to say hey we are too busy come and pick up your car or book another time.I go there at 3.40 Pm the manager says we had a look and my mechanic will come back with more information

Concerned I had leaking brake fluid. They looked at it straight away, found no problems and didn’t charge me. Great people. Friendly. Ethical.
