Never have perfume samples on any given visit, instead redirect the customer to Myer or David Jones. You would think being a direct seller you would be equipped. Hopeless store and staff are rude and look at you like you are inconveniencing them!

I am So DISAPPOINTED, I was looking forward to going into Chanel to purchase so make up . Mind you I was the only customer in there and the service was absolutely terrible , no samples to try .It was like trying to squeeze juice from a lemon! Not impressed with the service at all . What are you doing working there if you can’t be bother the service customers!!Chanel David Jones has much better service.

Bought a fragrance at Chanel Miranda today, the sales associate walked away from me after she gave me the packed fragrance (without saying good bye). Her collage walked me out. I don’t know if it’s ok to say her name here, but I never met any other sales associate like this before. Have always been using Chanel, customer service is very disappointing this time.

I stumble across the same lady every time I visit this Chanel boutique and I always have a great experience. The lady is extremely knowledgeable and fun to interact with. Buying from Chanel has always been a great experience at this boutique.

I had an extremely positive experience at Chanel Miranda. The store assistant was very helpful and happy to assist me even though I told her I was Dior fragrance person and was only in the store to purchase a gift for someone else. Unfortunately I didn't get her name. She even gave me a sample of another perfume to try. Very impressed.
