I live about 80 kmh out of Dubbo so i dont get to go in there very often i usualy get My in laws to drop in and Pick up My order as i am alergic to Cheese i always get my Burger without it as a special order and every second order always has cheese on it , how can you get it so wrong ? as i dont go in there myself all the time , i cant get someone else to check my order so i have thrown away at least 20 Big Macs in the last year why cant you guys sort this out ???

Our order was missing the fries, when asked about a new bag of fries were thrown at us. We were also missing carrot sticks and a bag of apples but only the apples turned up, But luckily they were not thrown at us.... Not rated. The crew there needs to learn A LOT of customer service.

Just ordered pancakes with 2 rashers of bacon. Didn’t realise that they didn’t give me the bacon until I got back to the motel I’m staying at.Will not be going back and will defer NOT RECOMMEND eating at this restaurant. Would give minus stars if I could

Todays experience was appalling. We had to clean off our own table. Was given the wrong order initially. The food was average.The lady in the McCafe was the highlight of the visit, she was very nice, however the staff at the main counter left a lot to be desired

Worst food experience of my life. Ordered a grilled aioli chicken mcwrap with added cheese (both sliced and parmesan) and no tomato. The wrap I got had literally nothing on it. No lettuce, no sauce and no cheese. Also there was this piece of dried lard or something gross in the wrap that I don't even think is food-safe. Also, my drink was a large Fanta no ice and the drink I got tasted like half fanta half water and there was ice of course. This isn't the first time they've messed up my order but it will be the last, never going back again. Absolute shameful service.
