Accent Party Hire

Thank you Accent for helping me with all my Christmas needs! It was my first time hosting for this many people at Christmas and the lovely ladies in the office made sure I will have everything I need and also delivered early so I have the extra few days for finishing touches.Great customer service and products, I highly recommend!

Tracey from Accent Party Hire was so helpful. She talked me through my options and even promptly emailed me photo's to choose from. She gave me a variety of different payment options. She was super friendly and professional. Highly recommend..

We had a bad experience with accent party hire. They did a substandard job installing a marquee, the furniture and lighting looked tacky and cheap, and the whole thing was unprofessional. And it wasn't cheap either. Don't bother with these guys.

Terrible! Accent party hire did such a bad job of the marquee at my sisters wedding, it was essentially unusable. It became the butt of many jokes through the night and resulted in a few injuries. When asked to return to either dismount or improve the construction of the marquee, the refused! To top it off, at the end, the claimed we had stolen some of the chair ties. Avoid at all cost!!

Used Mark and the team recently for a family event. Had an unusual back yard that didn’t lend itself to a simple solution. Nothing was too much trouble, Mark did two check measures and solved my problem with ease, he even suggested a couple of extras that put the icing on the cake and made the evening that much better. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them and will definitely use them again next time.

I don’t know about you, but I don’t want my bride to trip over during the First Dance because of the dance floor. And I certainly wouldn’t like my wedding to be marred by a guests spraining ankles, or falling and suffering a serious injury (or worse).We took up their quote for a dance floor, hired delivered and installed. The installation location turned out to not be as flat as was needed, but rather than discussing with us and finding a solution (making a sub-floor with wood which would have taken 10 minutes), they propped up one side of the dance floor using stacked pieces of bitumen from our driveway (small pieces of which are now littered through my lawn).The net effect of this was a dancefloor with so much spongey movement in it that there was a couple of inches different in height from one piece to the next, depending on where you stood.When I read other comments about this mob, I get the sense that if all they need to do is drop something off and pick it up later, then they can do that well. But if they actually need to do anything on site then there’s a too-high chance they’ll stuff it up....I really wanted to stop this from happening to anyone else. But after extensive correspondence left me grave concerns that they have learned nothing from this situation, and therefore this could happen again. And again. And again (if you read others comments this isn’t an isolated incident).Don’t let them ruin your wedding. And don’t be fooled by their friendly nature. It’s 100% no responsibility if anything goes wrong.

Thanks to all at Accent, my launch went off fantastic. Silk liner looked great. Recommend to all - they even understand when you are stressed to the max and they could not help enough.

I used Accent Party Hire for my 60th birthday. I cannot praise Accent Party hire enough. I rang the office and spoke to Tracey. Tracey was patient, kind and knew everything that was needed. I sent her photos of my courtyard and she helped choose the correct size of marquee. They had a variety of options of marquees and heaters. The set up team arrived and set it up beautifully with doorways, clear ways and they even reflexed a side around the back verandah to shelter the bar. They then arrived to pack up just as promptly and neatly and you would never know there had been a party and my garden is in tact. Thank you Mark, Scott and Justin and Tracey. I would not hesitate to use this company again.

Disastrous experience. Our wedding reception marquee was on an extreme diagonal slope, despite multiple reassurances from accent party hire that they would be able to level the ground to a point where no one would notice the slope". Luckily everyone learned to laugh rather than cry at how terrible a job they did. On the positive side
