The ladies at Elm are always on-time, efficient and do a good job cleaning. I appreciate their suggestions to get better value from my fortnightly clean. And I love that I don't have to clean my house every weekend. Highly recommended.

I believe it’s about 8 mths ago that I discovered Elm Cleaning and I’ve not had a single disappointed Clean. Since our clean is weekly I feel sure I’d have something negative to say about the business or the workers but I don’t. 8mths has meant I’ve met almost everyone and I believe very strongly everyone I have met has done a splendid job. The staff are well trained & no where to look for the less obvious dust & dirt.Janet, generally in charge of training & quality control will come & inspect most jobs & as a regular client I’ve met her many times. Janet is happy to pull up her sleeves & help out not just on inspections but when they’re short staffed.It’s hard not to have favourites, & mine is Bec. Bec’s a kind & gentle, young woman, an excellent cleaner, & takes a real pride in doing a great job in all the ways that matter.No one on the team will disappoint a client, efficiency & pride in their work makes the team wonderful, & I can’t stress that point hard enough.My dogs & cats all live inside & I’ve been lucky everyone loves the fur babies & the fluffy ones return the feelings.I’ve also read many of the reviews. Lots of people are happy & the negative ones seem disastrous from the start. One thing I’ve learnt is that if some piece of furniture or a painting or ornament is really special to you in any way then PLEASE TELL the cleaner. Not everyone one has ever had to care for an antique, or an item made from unusual materials not encountered every day. We have many things that can’t be cleaned in a traditional way, without being damaged, PLEASE tell the individual cleaners because if something goes wrong they’ll be just as devastated that they’ve done something disastrous.

I've used elm for over a year. Was mostly ok and very good with one of their cleaners but every time they had a new client they wanted to impress. She wasn't able to come to my house and I had to have new workers who never completed the job properly and I even had a special ring stolen in one of those times.The last time my cleaner was not able to come (and it was agreed she was my cleaner) they sent another new person which clearly had no idea what to do and my house looked exactly as I left it in the morning. Even toilets were dirty. I asked for a refund for at least half of the amount. Took them ages to get back to me.they refused of course and started tossing me from one person to another.So not professional! Disgusting behaviour.I recommended them to so many people and I regret it now. Shame

We have been using Elm for over 5 years and could not reccomend them more highly . They are professional courteous and reliable and it is always a pleasure to come home to a sparkling clean house .Thankyou ELM we will be your customers for a long time to come !!!!

I support an NDIS participant that has been very happy with Elm's cleaning service, they are on time and do a great job, and as a support coordinator I have found the referral process easy and great communication with the head office. I would definitely recommend.

Elm Cleaning train their staff so the cleans are consistent and all reach the same high standard. Staff are friendly and hard working. I always recommend them if someone asks for a recommendation. I have used their services for years.

We recently engaged Elm Cleaning for a ‘spring clean’ of our home. A team of hardworking, efficient cleaners spent a day undertaking a deep clean, which was extremely thorough. We are very happy with the service. We will now be using Elm for ongoing, fortnightly cleaning of our home.
