Warning ⚠️ Unprofessional. Management didn't call me for 6 weeks after a support worker fell asleep on two shifts while looking after my client whom has a brain injury. No prompting of medication for epilepsy caused my client to end up in hospital for 6 days. Hayden eventually rang me when he eventually hired an assistant to help him run a company. He blamed all non communication on myself. Yet he only changed his voicemail message from Nov a few months ago, correcting the dates on the voicemail about him being in Gippsland with an excuse having no coverage. 15 hrs a week was supposed to be invoiced Yet he invoiced for 28 hrs a week for one yr causing the plan to run out.There are plenty of great companies. Do your research for the sake of your participants life.
