I purchased a HiLook CCTV kit which was very easy to install. I can watch on my phone! Support staff were awesome...very happy :)

I was pleasantly surprised and delighted by the outstanding customer service provided by Jeanette from PSA Products. As a retail customer, Jeanette went out of her way to personally deliver to me some products that needed to be replaced. In this day and age where exceptional customer service seems to be rare, it was a welcome gesture, and greatly appreciated.

Absolutely Amazing service!!! After initially calling for technical support I actually got a follow up call from Cameron a few days later asking if the issue was resolved. This really came as a surprise as you only get that if you’ve paid for premium support, even then sometimes it doesn’t happen... highly recommend them!

Good product to use when no one is home.Wish the indoor unit was touch screen like their other products.The camera does not seem to be full HD. I have installed other intercoms from PSA and they have been crystal clear image.Other then that a nice product

I saw the 1 star poor service review and couldn't believe it. I have just dealt with this company and I reside in WA. The after sales service was nothing short of exceptional & and when I was dealing with Peter the tech over the phone I couldn't have asked for more assistance or better service if I had tried. He had endless patience and sorted all my issues out. I needed a cctv camera replaced and it was shipped immediately and installed by their rep in Perth the very same day.Thanks, PSA for the top product and incredible customer service. Also a big shout out to Rob too for his patience, time and tech support on the day also.It was more than greatly appreciated.His Knowledge and advise was incredible. Just an all round bloody great bloke. Many thanks Rob.

Constant false alarms at all hours of the day and night, hush buttons don’t work, sent them all back to PSA and they tried to blame me, said they found no problems, and sent them back. Impossible. Avoid this company.

Cameron at PSA was very helpful with replacing one of our 9 PSA photoelectric smoke alarms after it developed a fault. We replaced all of our 10 year old PSA 9v smoke alarms over to the photoelectric type in 2016 and they have been brilliant. I would highly recommend PSA products and company. Brilliant company to deal with.
