I can honestly say that working with Jack and Marty (White Fox) was a game changer in our hunt to find the perfect place. I highly recommend and know they are the reason we eventually have found the perfect place at the right price.We had spent quite some time trying to find the right place for our daughter when we had received a call from Jack. It was a really big financial investment for us, initially we didn't really understand what using an advocate could do or the impact it could have for us . Amazing service. 10/10. Marty was with me the whole way and never stopped until we found the perfect apartment. He was honest and guided me along the process which was great to learn about. I ended up getting into the property market this year with my first purchase and I couldn't be happier. Highly recommend. Very hard workers and won't stop until they find the perfect property for you.

Martin was instrumental as a advocate in securing our family home. He used factual data driven insights from recent properties in the area combined with the current market conditions and getting the inside word from the agents on the interested parties. This combination allowed us to make an informed decision on where the price would land at auction and preparing us with a clear winning strategy. The ability to take some of the stress out by bidding on our behalf with strong competition was impressive, and he was within 1% of the final price he predicted prior and we got the home we always wanted.

It's an OK website but it's not clear the areas of Melbourne that they serve. Looking for an agency covering Roxborough Park. Perhaps they can update their website to specify they are high end and serve only CBD area. Happy to update the review after receiving feedback.

Having lost a heartbreaking auction a month earlier we made the decision to use WHITEFOX advocacy (Martin Fox) to secure our ‘dream’ home.
