Always friendly service but on Friday my son fell onto his head at the playground. The lady at the front rushed to the back to get him some ice to help. Really appreciated the support and care.

Went in after the gym with gym bag, and the staff were treating me like I was shoplifting. Never felt more uncomfortable in my life!

I would like to give my 5 star rating to nurse Nicole! She is absolutely amazing! My weekly visits with her for my little Bub is so helpful and reassuring. She gives amazing advice, tips and feedback on different issues and questions I have each week. Nicole has definitely help my transition to motherhood run more smoothly having her support! Definite asset to the shop and the main reason CDC has me as a customer. Thank you Nicole!

My family and I have been going to this store for so many years now and are loyal customers, spending thousands in that time. David, by far is most humble, he is genuine and helpful. The other staff are also extremely helpful however, the female Pharmacist (*Respectfully: the lady of Asian appearance) who works there, namely on weekends, is one of the rudest people I have ever come across. My family and I even actively avoid going when she is working as every single interaction, time and time again is expected to end up horrid and rather disappointing. Unfortunately I made the mistake of going there when she was there recently, I should’ve just waited when I saw that she was on. I find her extremely rude and clearly, she has no regard for customer care or loyalty and, lacks customer service skills. I won’t be going back there anymore and would rather pay the extra few dollars elsewhere. If she wasn’t there I’d easily give this store 5 stars but unfortunately she brings this great place down. It’s such a shame, the rest of the staff are so lovely.

Went in to enquire about some medication and the young worker and pharmacist there was absolutely clueless. I asked which medication was best for myself and my family and was told to read the back and get the information myself. How can a pharmacist have absolutely no idea what you are talking about and tell you to read the back and get it yourself". Terrible customer service and honestly if you cant answer a simple question about a medicene that you sell on the shelf you probably shouldnt be working in a chemist. I wouldnt trust this person to mix any sort of medication for my family or myself. I DO NOT recommend this chemist."

Have to say the best pharmacy in Bass Hill. The staff are amazing and so helpful and gives such great advice on health and vitamins. Congratulations to the owner who has provided top customer service from their staff. Thank you!!!!

Not discount centre" at all. I paid double for a Demazin coz I couldn't get to Chemist Warehouse. Asked for a refund but not allowed. First and last time
