Stylish Wardrobes and Shower screens Showroom

We have just had our new house fit out with new built in wardrobes and garage storage from stylish wardrobes, the service from quote to installation has been nothing short of excellent. We have been kept up to date with our order and installation dates and the quality of the wardrobes is impressive and even better than expexted! Wouldn't recommend. Unfortunately we had no choice as we built a new home and they used this company. After 6 months we already are having issues with our shower screen. Trying to get this company out is a nightmare! Not only have we had to wait 6 weeks for a phone call to book in a time for them to come out they stood us up! I took time off work made sure i was home wasted my whole day. To make it worse we called around lunch time to see if we could get a rough idea we were told no we couldn't they would call us? All other companies give about a 3 hour window. We waited til 4.30pm still nothing. Called and left a message still haven't heard back. Building a new home we have dealt with alot of trades this is the only company who has not shown up and not even a phone call!

Wow! What an amazing company! No affiliation with them other than having my daughters wardrobe installed by them. Consistent, friendly & helpful service from start to finish. Even after my install.I’m very particular & I had one or two things I was unsure of but my concerns were handled promptly, professionally & they gave me several options to run with. I’m so glad I used Stylish Wardrobes & shower screens!

I used this company recently to fix a mirror in my bedroom that I had broken.Firstly they did not inform me until after I paid the deposit that they couldn’t tel me a time until the morning Of which resulted in me having to take a day off work to ensure someone was home the entire day as I couldn’t organise someone else to be at the house because I wasn’t told a time.They did not call me until after 11:30 which resulted in me waiting until then, to be told they’d be there by 1.I credit them for being on time but that is all.The mirror they brought was measured incorrectly and not the correct size.The man then proceeded to try to convince me that it was the correct size and I was wrong.I had to insist for over 10 minutes that it was measured incorrectly.I then had to wait another nearly 3 hours for them to remeasure, recut and come back to replace the broken mirror.I called the company and asked for a discount with the accounts department which I was granted.I received a phone call from this company today abusing myself for the extra $40 I was discount. They abused me until it was paid.I would never recommend this company to even my most hated enemy.Learn how to run a business, I am not satisfied with this.This is not an acceptable way to treat customers.

Friendly and helpful service

Definitely would not recommend. Their warranty process is like pulling teeth.We had just finished building our new home and one of the screen doors was faulty. (Shower door)We escalated through our builder who contacted this company immediately (email confirmation) we waited 4 weeks for someone to even contact us.We finally had someone come out who advised we were fitted with the wrong size door, hence the reason it would not open and my 10year old got stuck.They removed the door and said it would be 2-3 biz days before it was replaced which we were ok with!3.5 weeks later it has been replaced and we can now have a shower without flooding the bathroom.The reason for the delay was the installer was an arrogant man and refused to budge on times I mean absolutely nothing.Use this business if you DONT HAVE a full time job or kids!When making 4 complaints to the office all I got was “sorry the installer is new”, the normal installer is “sick etcDisgusting customer service

Amazing experience from start to finish. I highly recommend this company. My walk in robe is amazing and of the highest quality. Excellent customer service, the showroom really helps with designing and the team go above and beyond to help with designing and the price is reasonable for the quality of product and service received by the company. Bonus points for manufacturing locally using Australian products.

I had an install for 10/9, as I did not receive a phone call at around 11 am I called them to find out when they would arrive, after around 1 hr they called to say they had a computer glitch and lost all the appointments and would not be arriving today after I had taken the day off work great story, not happy.
