Been using them for years. Never had a problem. Can always get boxes same day and good pricing. No issues about quantity big or small. Possibly customer skills are a bit rough round the edges but its a factory/warehouse not a Michelin star restaurant. Havent found better in Brisbane

Absolutely terrible service! Ordered a couple hundred parts tray boxes, sent the invoice through said it would take a couple of weeks. Called a couple of weeks later, got told it will take another week, called back at 4 weeks, got told the order would not even start until invoice was paid. We had to wait 4 weeks for someone to tell us that!

Quick phone call to try and source some mailers and they were super reluctant to help. Asked if it was too much trouble to take a photo of one of their products as their website hadn’t been updated and the reposted was “yeah it’d be too much of a hassle.” No wonder we all buy fro OS!

Do not order small quantity custom products or custom samples from these guys, they will string you along, waste your time, and change prices. They obviously do not support small business owners or entrepreneurs. If they had been clear about that in the beginning I would have gone elsewhere with no hard feelings.

Terrible customer service. Filled up an online form for a quote, never got a reply. Called them up asking for a quote, never got a reply. Good products and good prices, unfortunately, their products don't seem to be available for sale.

We produce Australian made 4x4 parts. Naturally, these are either heavy, a non standard shape, and frequently both. Paige from the Cardboard Box Shop came out to us, and we discussed what was needed. She came back with some test boxes that were exactly what we required for us to send out parts all over the world!We couldn't ask for better service.

We buy products from the Cardboard shop on a regular basis including boxes, tape and bubble wrap. Always happy with the service including dealing with David the older gentleman in the store area who always helps us. There seems to be too many people with issues in their life who need to write bad reviews to feel good!! My mum said if you can't say anything nice don't say anything at all.
