Needed a new seatbelt assembly for a Mitsubishi - dog ate the old one.Phoned them up.Located the part instantly, I paid, they dispatched same day and I had it within a few days.A damn site easier than scratchin' around in wreck days like we used to.Price was also very reasonable, especially compared to the alternatives.

Ordered a part from these guys.. They sent the WRONG PART UP TO ME so I rang them up and I Tried to ask a question about the postage.. The guy I spoke 2 was quite rude to me and mimicked me..wich was unprofessional of him and he said he would rather refund me than send me the RIGHT PART UP.. HIS NAME WAS...??? STARTED WITH AN A..

Had a horrible experience with staff members. Such a big lier as they told us the parts we wanted arrived in there store and when we went to there to pick the part we were told that it hasn’t arrived and instead blamed us for their fault and negligence. Never seen such a manner less, rude and disgusting people in my entire life. Had to travel thrice for one part which I never got and never been apologized as well. Will never advice anyone to visit them.

Got sold a pup :-( Subaru Tribeca 3.6 needed a new engine! Called Andrew at King Auto he had one :-) negotiated a good price compared with other engines I had been looking at. Collected same day it came gift wrapped :-) and with 90 day warranty. Had it installed 24hrs later. Runs like a swiss watch :-) and has 80,000k less on it than anything else I was looking at in QLD and NSW. Very very happy with Andrew / King Auto and the service I received. I purchase a suspension part for my Soarer, unfortunately there was an issue with it, I brought it to King Auto's attention, not only did they pick the faulty part up but gave me a full refund, I can't speak highly enough of their customer service and guarantee's , first class service and follow up..
