WORST REAL ESTATE EVER. My first review numbered with 1)below because I have edited my review to give you an reply for lie reply below & make aware of public. You wrote the no.1 lie & made stories & blame opposite party to cover up & white wash your faults, other wise it will affect your business. I have 2 investment properties for last 12 years & first 8yrs Barry plant was managing it & never had any issues & we were following all the rules & legislations & doing it all privately with licenced trades. I clearly understand each repair, if you organised you get the percentage of commission for just making the phone call to trade. They provide the invoice to landlord including your percentages of fees for you doing nothing. So we always prefer to get few different quote privately from the licensed trades & discuss about the quality & efficiency prior to fix it, where as you don't care about the quality & efficiency, because you are not paying from your pocket, just care about commission only. After all you never told me that you can't manage my property because you were simply eating the mothly fees for doing nothing for 2 properties. We have decided to change the Real estate because enough is enough, while change over Ray white realized & told us you haven't even collected the bond money from tenants that shows clearly who is not following the rules &legislations. I am amazed how do you get the license. Other thing as you wrote below my husband never repaired any electrical issues because he is not an licenced electricians, we always prefe licenced electricians privately. In 2018 with our friend you came to our house & begging for 2 properties to manage & made us to sign the documents. With sympathy & thought of give you chance to grow especially you were beginning of the baby steps in to the Real estate, we made the real mistakes with sympathetic heart & sign the documents. You know all these clearly, just reminding all. Also before the conflict how many times you told me to write good review on your page & I never wrote because it has to write wholeheartdly with out any force, also we were not happy with your management. Other thing I never called you 10pm&5pm, you have to prove that, insted I have texted & emailed, I can prove that, also can prove that you send email agreed to do the pending jobs still not done yet. I have lot more to write, it's not worth spending my quality time on this, because of your world's no.1 lie reply below, can't keep quiet. How can you write this much lie, you forced me to write more truth & reality. I want show your real face to public. They even made story I make them wait outside. People doesn't know your real face with your sugar coating words, when it's come to the real circumstances you start to play. PUBLIC PLEASE KEEP THEM AWAY BEFORE IT GET WORSE. 1):Dons Premier realestate is the worst Real estate in the world. They provide the worst property services. They take the property management commission monthly for doing nothing. We have given 2 of our rental property to manage, after the tenants vacated, pending jobs (cleaning, repairs, Carpet cleaning, walls damage, gardening etc. ) behalf of tenants not done yet. Tenants vacated on January 20th 2022. They sent me an email saying tenant is happy to proceed with the pending works. Agent said they will organise people to go in the house for above pending jobs and until now nothing is done. We just had enough of them so we change the Real estate agent and they tried multiple time to contact regarding the pending jobs they won't even answer the calls and no reply for emails. Then I tried calling not answering the calls, sent an emails multiple time no reply. So just want the public to aware that KEEP THEM AWAY FROM YOR PROPERTY SERVICE AND BUSINESS.The ower and the one of the senior lady staff are VERY RUDE AND VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. Public please keep them away we have very very bad experience with our two property they have managed. Never ever give rental property to manage with DONS PREMIER REALESTATE, KEEP THEM AWAY.

One of the worst REA ever.I know they ask everyone to write reviews to boost up their profile however, that's not true.Don and Jessica is one of worst property managers that I ever came across. Never fixed my rental and always came up excuses. When I followed up, they ask owner (mostly Sri Lankan) pretending as a handyman.My dishwasher removed as it wasn't working and left live wires covered using tapes. When I reported , Jessica was like, LL is going to fix it soon. Even after 9 months, still waiting.Very cunning personalities and they treat their other staff so bad. I cannot go into details as it may put someone's job at risk but I know most staff are looking to leave this place and when I visited them they all rolled their eyes when ask about Don.I took them few times to VCAT and not learn their lesson. I am actively looking a place to move but it is not easy with current market but sometimes I feel like living in my car is much better than living in this house.If you are renting through them, Good luck.. Yes definitely you need it .Edit 17.07.2022thanks for your reply and accept everything that I said .worse than dropping 25kg onto your toe heh!I will take a picture next time and put it on here once your qualified landlord... sorry tradesperson comes to fix something at my rental. hahahaI know it makes you nervous when I said your staff not like you at all.. Makesure you paid for their time when you ask them to work extra hours ( not putting pictures on FB saying how dedicated they are... They are working for money (and eventually leave..) hope this makes sense.Thanks again, for confirming that I am not the only one who having trouble with your rental management.Hope he can leave your rental with peace ( which will be a nightmare )sounds like he also having issues with the dishwasher.. This means there is only one dishwasher you got for all rentals and moving it around ? .. just wondering ....?

Excellent real estate agents, They are very honest and reliable. I recommended them to sell few of my friends and clients houses and they did a fantastic job. They kept their word and got my friends and clients much more than they expected. Now they are looking after the management of my client's property in pakenham and they are delivering a magnificent job with value. Jessica is a great property manager and Lushan and his team is very good at getting property SOLD for a top dollar. I highly recommend them for selling or renting your property.

We heard about Dons Premier Estate Agent’s Lushan and Jessica from our friend Chris, He told me how trustworthy and reliable they are, also how good they are when it comes to selling and renting properties. So I asked Lushan to appraise the house and he was very honest and gave me a good insight about the market and about what I have to do with my property to get the top dollar. However my Noble park house was auctioned and it didn’t sell at the auction but he came to me and said don’t stress I will get this sold to the correct market value. As he promised in about 3 weeks he found the right buyer and negotiated a top deal and got the property SOLD!! I should say his negotiation skills are second to non. He also got our house for us to rent until we build our new home. Jessica also really good with managing the property now we are renting at. They are very down to earth nice professional estate agents. I wish them the best of luck and I can highly recommend them to anyone to sell or rent their house with them. This is the first real estate agent company that I have been with in over 15 years that have been so attentive and professional.
