City Beach - Coomera

I recently shopped at City Beach Coomera and was served by a lovely young lady called Charlee. Great customer service and knowledge of the products. I consider myself to be a fussy shopper and Charlee went out of her way to assist me. Highly recommend this store!

For all your trendy surfing needs

My partner took in a pair of sunglasses he brought me for Christmas to your Coomera store to be fixed. We have since gone in 3 times over the past 3 months to check when they will return and each time we have been told we would get a call from the manager the next day.This has NEVER happened.The service is beyond poor.

I'm appaled that city beach opened on Easter weekend after being shut for 2 weeks just so they could make money on the long weekend. They were ignoring all social distancing and encouraging people to shop for non essential items. They care more about money than the safety of Australians

Staff chatting to each other everywhere yet 1 register open & customer line up 10 deep trying to pay! Come on management wake up!

Not a once of customer service, went in with my teenage daughter walked in wandered around whole shop with absolutely no acknowledgement stopped at the shoe section cause she wants to buy some vans, male worker is there putting stock away looks at us turns away.I find the ones she wants has to go to him to ask him to find the size we need, not a word just goes and gets them, hands to us again not a word and walks away, unfortunately for me they do fit her and she wants them that's great cause there no help if they didn't, walk over to counter, the only thing that is said is next" and I pay for the shoes and walk outAs someone who has always worked in customer service I just couldn't believe that no one interacts or offers assistance to their customers.Appalling"
