So I went in to get chrome nail polish was quoted $10 extra then when I went to pay said $20 usually “but special” for me $15 …. I said I was quoted $10 however the male owner refused to do it at $10 like quoted - fast forward 3 hours after being painted the chrome already started coming off, I went back the same day and showed them and they fixed it… 2 days later it started coming off again, I went in store and showed them however didn’t have the time for a whole removal and repaint as it was my little ones nap time and I said I’ll be back either Thursday or Friday.I returned Friday (today) and showed the owner he said he can fix it (yet again) and I explained I don’t want it to be “fixed” just for me to return in a few days time it’s a waste of my time, he said just try one more time and I said instead of getting chrome again… I get normal shellac and I should be refunded the $15 chrome which I think is a VERY reasonable request seeming I’ve already returned twice for the same issue.He said no refund just try again and we had this on going conversation getting the bare minimum of what I expect when paying for a service… he went on and on about it happens to no other customer and he doesn’t know what I do with my hands for it to come off, trying to blame me for the issue which is clearly their nail polish or their application process as it happened 3 hours of it being applied and yet again several days later.It’s really not fair ripping people off and not doing the bare minimum to fix the issue or even an apology that I’ve come back and wasted my time.Please do yourself a favour and stay away from money hungry, unprofessional nail salons.The girls who were doing nails were nice don’t get me wrong but I’m unhappy about wasting my time and energy on the owner

Do not go there!!! I had my nails done and they were the worst ones I have ever had. When I had my nails done and paid $60 for this. Even went back and refused to do them properly! I would of not even given them a star but I had to just to post my BAD experience!

Absolutely do NOT go here!!!!!! They are unprofessional and do a BAD job at their nails. I went here for SNS on my nails and on the way home, one of my nails already cracked and broke on the tip! Was told no refund, so I let them fix it. One day after, only having my nails on for two days, I find that a different nail has completely shattered!!!!! After this another two or so nails broke, so that’s a total of four nails broken in the span of two days. I hadn’t done anything to make them break and I am absolutely horrid, as the work that was done was sloppy. Was charged $60 for a full set of SNS and I think this is absolutely ridiculous for the work I had received.

worst experience. two people do my nails together the nails are not round and one has some hair or dust in it. Bad experience，short hair lady and the boss man. bad job. dont go to this shop.

Completely ripped off and overcharged. Offered a discount if I paid cash. At the discount rate it was still way too much. Pedicure was $65 and was basically a quick clip and file and paint of the nails. Refill for my acrylics were a shoddy job and charged $50 despite the sign clearly stating $40 French refill. All up cost us $240 for 2 Pedicures, a basic set of acrylics and refills of acrylics. Dodgy operators

Best nail salon in Adelaide hands down. They take there time with their work and you walk out with exactly what you ask for. Won’t go anywhere else anymore. Absolutely love them

I was pushed to have acrylic on my own nails when all I wanted was a removal and shellac on my own nails - even made me try one nail out to see what it looks like I told them no in the end and they slugged me $50! The owner is pushy and so rude - take no as an answer. I will never be returning. It took over an hour and I had 4 people change over when it should’ve been a 30 min job.

Got a fresh set of SNS done Thursday, 1 December and two of them cracked by the Saturday (only days later). I went back Sunday, 4 December and asked them to fix it as well as treating myself to a pedicure. It’s now Tuesday, 6 December and the SNS nails are broken again and my shellac is peeling off my toes already. These services should last WAY longer. Also the nerve of the owner to act like he was doing me a favour for not charging me to repair my SNS. So you shouldn’t, they were only 3 days old. I’m going to have to go to another salon and get them removed and put back on. Absolute waste of money and won’t be coming back!
