Thanks so much to Bundaberg regional council! You deserve a five star! I forgot it was a bin and miss it, I ran them they immediately organise a truck to pick it up! Specially thanks to the person who serve me on the phone that day!!!!

Rang the council about a neighbour's 2 dogs who bark all day long and the bundaberg council won't do anything about them.The dogs have now been in the house alone for 3 days and are very distressed.Their owners obviously don't give a dam about the dogs just like the council who also don't give a dam.Why does this council even bother to turn up to work as they obviously don't do much apart from draw a salary

Don't trust those animal control officers. They came to our front gate and tried to lift the gate up and tried to coax my dog out. Funny thing was the neighbour filmed them doing it and called out to them. They were so surprised they were caught and took off in their van. 5 stars to the neighbour though.

New to the area and rang about a welcome pack. Taylor went above and beyond in helping me, giving me information I hadn't thought about. Very friendly and excellent service. Thanks for making us feel welcome.

Worst for service; extremely high rates compared to Logan city council QLD. No discount for paying rates early. This is for Buxton where you don't even get water supply or sewerage. Local roads also are very rarely improved. Isis city council was SO much better. Bundaberg City council is the worst.

Council gave my car a ticket paid it then I had a car removal come take the car as it was blocking a nature's walk path which the car was on the drive way then to see my car being auction off this Saturday hope you choke on it.

Worst library I've ever had the misfortune to walk into.One end was like being in a toddlers childcare after the Easter bunny had been, I had noice cancelling ear plugs in and the screaming, crying and yelling from sugar enraged kids AND parents was like a free dose of birth prevention medicine. Then opposite this torture end was all the cool kids skipping school to hang out and talk boys, insta likes and play free internet games where they cuss out, insult and get generally grumpy and violent verbally with their opponent and for some reason the pigmees in Botswana need to hear about said games so th3ir volume switch to said conversations ARE AT MAXIMUM BLOODY VOLUME.Then at the opposite end in the quiet reading area near the entrance is 80% of Bundy's bored retires who gather to discuss their evergreen gardens and where does it grow? Up stupid.......and their discussions grow louder each time (very friendly, polite,overworked as a volunteer retiree) shhhh shhhh shhhes her way through 20 milk froffed CUPACHINO'S ( purposely incorrectly spelt as Raeleen
