Only realised when we were taking our child home from the hospital that they had incorrectly installed the capsule, secured the device on only one side (rather than two as required) such that the capsule was very flimsy and unsafe, had to take the capsule to another centre to install properly.

Very disappointed with the service. While they are competent at clicking the seat into the isofix points, they don't seem to be able or willing to fit car seats using the seatbelt.As a result we can't use the front seat of the car. A real professional would have considered the car they're fitting the seat in, rather than what's quickest to install.

Awesome service went there with our seat to get him to check how our newborn was sitting in- offered great advice and tips and worked with us to try and get the seat configuration right for the little one- was knowledgeable, gentle and kind

Felt completely manipulated in a vulnerable situation. Was quoted over the phone $45 per seat but was up-sold safety clips before seats were even looked at, that were already fitted on my seats + surprise gst jacking cost up to $121 for 10 minutes work. Did these guys sell used cars previously?

Luke has installed child seats for us twice now and has been professional, quick, helpful and courteous. We would strongly recommend his services.

Installed the car seat incorrectly for our newborn. After months with an unhappy baby in the car we went to a baby store and they told us it was installed on the incorrect angle (not flat enough)

Very good service, both quick and thorough that provides peace of mind that the car seats are secure and safe. For me, there’s no way I’d risk not knowing that they were installed perfectly.

They charged $50 to attach a car seat and they call it 'installation'. Also another person talks to you while they are attaching the baby seat to distract you so you dont learn how easy it is to put the seat in yourself. When I asked them to show me how to take the seat out and put it in they refused and said if you take it out you must come back and pay another $50 to have it 'reinstalled' lol. They also charged an extra $15 for an extention connector belt I didnt need. People it takes 2 minutes to attach a baby seat to anchor points in the car. Many videos available to give instructions on youtube. These people are just taking advantage of new inexperienced parents. Buy somewhere else.
