Your products may be fabulous but your rudeness and treatment of a young friend of mine, who I recommened go to you was abysmal. Who are you to roll your eyes and make disparaging remarks to a young lady who just wants to learn to crotchet!!! I have spent several thousand dollars in your shop. Will not do that again!!!

The range of yarn and tools related to crochet, knitting and art crafts was unmatched to any other store. However, as someone who was not local I felt unwelcomed and that I was an inconvenience to the one staff there. Could sense a difference in service when locals were served. Hesitant to come back.

Amazingly helpful and friendly staff. Showed them a Ravelery pattern and they showed me different options to ordering foreign yarns with extended wait times, the best part is their solutions are more wash friendly! The store is beautifully laid out and offers hand sanitiser at the entry, along with a guide of how many people in store in line with current legislation.If you haven't already visited this store in person yet, you are truly missing out. Well worth the visit and they currently have free postage for orders over $100.

I went here to buy a Ashford Riged Heddle Loom. Well Jessica who I think is the owner was incredible. Her advice and knowledge was amazing. She didn't pressure me into buying anything and when asked lots of questions didn't have any problems answering any of them. The store is full of yarn to suit all the needs of knitters, crochters, fibre artist, weaving, felting and so much more. They also have a 4 sided bookshelf of books that I cannot wait to browse through. And I didn't get to see everything in the store. There was only one issue with shopping here was the entrance. There was quite a step up. And if you have a disability that's requires the use of a wheelchair or walker you will need help to get up the step into the shop through the heavy noisy door. I was lucky to have my husband with me and after a bit of annoyance stepping inside and looking around made all that melt away. I would highly recommend shopping in this store there prices are competitive or equal to those on the internet and the customer service so outstanding.When shopping just remember your buying quality and the end result will be Amazing. I'm delighted that I bought local. Happy shopping.

Very nice store with lots of beautiful yarn and some fibre to spin for yourself

Fabulous shop for yarn. There are many, including hand dyed, to choose from. Robyn is helpful and very knowledgeable. There are also gift items and the entire shop is a beautiful display. If you are after inspiration, this too is a great place to find it.

The collection of yarn and other craft materials is great, I can't say anything bad about that. However the customer service was beyond appalling. My friend and I made the 1 hour drive to this store on our day off and were super excited to see the selection. However the worker (older lady with silver and purple hair) was extremely stand offish to us and quite rude. Normally I wouldn't care too much as I know some people are just less social and not open to chatting however she was so lovely and friendly to all other customers. I'm not sure if she was treating my friend and I like this because we are young or because we're people of colour or what. We honestly couldn't figure it out. Came to the store to stock up on yarn but left with one ball because I felt too uncomfortable to look around as the worker stood at the counter staring us down. Horrible, horrible, horrible. Will never be returning.

Very expensive and the staff are never welcoming or helpful. I have visited twice and both times, felt as though I was an inconvenience to them just being in the store. Sad as I’d much rather support a small local business than go to Spotlight or drive an hour to another small family owned yarn shop.

I've been here twice now. The first time the lady helped me choose some Bellissimo yarn, which was lovely and soft. Today I needed an odd assortment of knitting needles and the lady asked what sizes and helped me find them.I've seen a few reviews where people have been unhappy about the prices. Unfortunately, if you want good quality products you do pay a higher price. Also, they are cheaper than some other online yarn store such as Skein sisters.The other concern I've seen raised was in relation to people feeling like the staff think they are going to steal something. I just believe they are trying to be attentive and help you find what you are looking for.I've been happy with all my purchases
