Ordered from here a few times in the past and every time it’s more than 20 minutes late, in one instance I received no toppings on arrival.Also all the replies on reviews is just the same copy and pasted nonsense

Order finally turned up 20 mins late after being told that the order had been delivered (it had not been) then trying to call dominoes for a refund 5 times - they never answer their phones. Pizza was ok, service was horrible. STAY AWAY.

I don’t say this lightly - this is the absolute worst Domino’s I’ve ever been to.This review is based off countless visits and constant disappointment. Do not waste your money here, that is if you value your hard earned income. I would strongly recommend travelling a little bit further to Holland Park if you have a craving for Domino’s.

Ordered pizza at 9:40pm and they took my money no pizza or communication. I would avoid this store at all costs! The manager is never in when requested and no one knows who’s in charge and supervising.I just want my pizzas ya dogs

Dirty, the little boos boy was playing with pizzas when out of oven. The bottom of the pizza is totally flour not cooked. Won’t making mistake going here again.

I have ordered this pizza via doordash but somehow the order didn't get through then I called the store. The man on the phone is very horrible customer service, he yelled at me on the phone, said F words to me while I'm NOT being rude to him at all, and when I asking to speak to manager he hang up on me! I did called today (2/3/2023) at 20:17PM this is the worst customer service place ever. I swear I will report to headquarter office!! DO NOT GO THERE OR CHOOSE DOMINO'S PIZZA AND IF YOU WANT PIZZA PLEASE BUY OTHER COMPANY!!!!

Our order was taken by Someone then another employee came over and interrupted and took over the register, asked me to repeat the order because “sorry what?”When there’s shouting and yelling in Indian happening, of course I’m gonna look up from the seat.What I didn’t realise was that one of the employees was pointing directly at me (or my partner) while yelling but of course it was not in English. Might have been a compliment or a general acknowledgment about my order but it goes without saying that if I don’t know what your saying, I’m gonna assume it’s negative as the others all started laughing. Im not impressed.The pizza was hot, edible. A little light on the toppings this time but I’ve found the consistency to suck between franchises so I’ve just learnt to expect the unexpected. Pick up your game please fellas. I’d like to enjoy my pizza again.

Worst service ever. Made an order online 30 mins before the shop closed, got charged but nothing delivered after an hour, tried to make some phone calls but no answer. If you guys don't wanna make it because closing or whatsoever reason, give us a call so we know it's not coming, not let us wait for nothing. Yes, we did get the refund but an hour wasted because the staff is very irresponsible, i don't think a text or a call gonna take more than a minute. If you already closed before the order, so better update your working hours online or closed online orders, just ridiculous.

Ordered from here many times and their pizzas are of varying quality. Sometimes they will be great but other times you will feel entirely ripped off. When I recently called up about a pizza which had a serious lack of toppings I was screamed at and blamed for it because apparently if you don't like their pizza don't order from them" and was told I would get an extra pizza the next time I ordered. I tried to explain that seeing that this is the 6th time this has happened I'd like to get the replacement pizza without making an order so that I don't ever have to order from them again. They screamed at me louder and louder and eventually hung up on me. Then every time I tried to call the store to sort this out they hung up on me or left the phone off the hook so that I wasn't able to speak to anybody. I just wanted my replacement pizza
