Excellent! Everyone at VSOS were great to deal with. So professional, knowledgeable and kind. They treated my dog so well and as if it was their own. Dr Liz has an outstanding reputation as a surgeon and it’s clearly well deserved because she did an excellent job. Dr Liz kept me informed at each stage of the process too. The nurses I met with were all intelligent and professional. They handled my dog with great care and compassion. The receptionists were all kind, understanding and helpful too. It was stressful for me to see my dog so sick but VSOS made the situation as easy and pleasant as possible for both me and my dog. VSOS offers expert care and outstanding customer service and so I can’t recommend them highly enough.

The admin and nurses are nice but this place rips you off. They charge you twice the price of any other vet and claim it's because they are a 24 hour facility. Took my puppy here after being referred to them from my local vet for vomiting. Upon arriving he tested positive for Giardia. Being an anxious first time puppy mum when the vet suggested he stay overnight I agreed. I just wanted him to feel better. I was quoted 2-4 grand, but they assured me for one nights stay to monitor, it would hopefully be on the lower end of that quote. When I arrived to pick him up the next morning they charged me 3600. I don't know any other vet that would charge you 3600 for a simple blood test, drip and some anti-emetics. If your pet needs some simple treatments take them elsewhere first, as this facility will charge you double the price.Edit: I wanted to add to this review, since posting VSOS has fixed up my payment for me which I appreciate.Turns out my deposit hadn't gone through and therefore I was overcharged.Thank you for noticing and fixing this up for me. My vet bill was actually more than half this charge in the end.The care is great and as previously stated, all the staff are really nice and professional. Just keep in mind that this is an Emergency facility - open 24hours - and therefore more expensive than other facilities.

The service here was excellent. There wasn't a long wait to see the vet. The reception staff were helpful in getting us ready to meet the vet.The vet provided honest advice to us, and they (vet & nurse) were gentle with our dog.The day after the appointment, we received a follow up call from the vet, and they provided us with additional help.They were upfront with the consultation price $260 (at the time of the visit). Health insurance covered nearly all of the costs.The waiting area was clean and spacious.There was convenient on site parking available.

The vets are very caring, each time I've been there we have been seen to very quickly. Vet Dean Felkler was awesome with my pet rabbit who was in a very bad way. He's doing great now. Dean really knew alot about rabbits

I cannot recommend VSOS highly enough. The care and compassion they showed us in such a difficult time was more than we could have imagined . The surgeon did such an amazing job at managing our expectations for recovery and keeping us updated on how he was doing. The whole team were friendly, compassionate and it was clear to see that everyone there genuinely loves pets. Words cannot describe how thankful we are for everyone involved in saving our special boy.

Thankyou to the VSOS team for looking after our Choppy.I was referred to Dr Andrew Levien at VSOS by my local vet on the Central Coast. Dr Andrew made phone calls to me through the referral about Choppy's case and we discussed his airway procedure thoroughly before booking him in. Choppy was diagnosed with a Stage 3 laryngeal collapse and other specialist opinions were all strongly encouraging a permanent tracheotomy which was my last option for him as he had a leg amputation the year before and had already been through so much. Dr Andrew and his colleagues understood and were compassionate to our wants for Choppy and assured us that he would do everything he could to help. The teams' professionalism, dedication, pre-care, post-care, facilities and communication with me was exceptional at such a stressful time. They were absolutely fantastic in every aspect of his procedure and care. I couldn't be happier and Choppy is now home and doing well.I only wish they would open a practice on the Central Coast.Thankyou to the VSOS team.Susie Ryan

From the time we got there to the time we left, vets & staff where absolutely wonderful. Compassionate and explained everything that they where going to do. They kept on updating us on Grayson while they where doing the procedure. So glad there is a 24 hour emergency vets, not close to us but was so grateful that we could rush up from Wollongong and they saved him.
