Had an issue while on our way to Qld in Ranger, called ahead and they squeezed us in at 4.50pm for a scan and diagnostic assessment, told us part we needed as they didn’t have in stock and reset to keep us going to Hervey BayThanks guys for assistance

Not interested in my business AT ALL. Made online enquiry got a response saying “I’m sure you’re aware of our great details, call me if you want more information“. Tried to follow up - no response. Potential to purchase 2 cars and completely unwilling to come to the party.

Great friendly service, competitive pricing too. Genuinely felt like they wanted to sell me a car.

Not happy with the service provided unfortunately. I rarely leave negative reviews but this is warranted. Had our Ranger serviced (and other maintenance to a total of $3,200) and they either didn’t replace a seal which was leaking or pinched it putting a new one on and it continued to leak. Had to take car back to them to re-check it and they never even apologised or told us what had been the issues. We also noticed a funny noise days after the car had been worked on and worked out that they left bolts off the EGR valve intake pipe. They’ve also replaced back drums and shoes then not adjusted handbrake properly. Very unhappy with the service provided in the service department. Asked for a Manager to ring us back and the receptionist rang us…still no call from the Manager.

This is the first time I have brought a New second hand Car, I found all the staff more than helpful, friendly explained everything, service is great. And i couldnt be happier with the car i got.

Have purchased a few vehicles from here and have never had any issue with service. Also use the location to service work vehicles and have always been able to fit a booking in

The car hire service they have is super helpful because i have four children and both parents working full time, so can NEVER go without a car. These guys were so helpful when I had bNo car. They waited after hours to allow me to swap my brocken car for a hire car. Iv been there three times now and im always happy with their service. Ashia and the other front guy (cant remember his name), are always friendly!! Im new to town and im always looking for small town charm to enjoy after coming from city snobbery, and these guys did not disappointed! Also, I was struggling really bad to figure out how to get my car after the first service, hubby and i work opposite shifts in the mines, so i couldn't physically come and pick it up in normal hours for days and days. My car and keys where dropped at the mining Civeo camp for me to get a bus from work and drive myself home. I was so stocked about that, I decided to write a review recommending these guys! Thanks again guys!

Had a break down, (overheating) they shipped the part in and gave me a loan car for the night. Most appreciated, fantastic friendly service. I was very impressed how they treat their customers.
