BCF (Boating, Camping, Fishing) Shellharbour
Went into the new BCF store at Shellharbour this morning for the purpose of looking at a fishing reel.I went to the counter where the reels are kept and greeted by the manager, but he then walked away without asking if I required assistance.I was left to stand there for an amount of time, during which a young staff member was spooling a reel with line, but at no stage did he stop and ask me if he could assist me.After standing there for at least 5 minutes and not getting any assistance I walked out.I won't be back.

Great staff,very helpful I had an issue with some gear late Saturday afternoon and the staff stayed back to exchange it for me
