Specsavers Optometrists & Audiology - Lilydale

I went to Spec Savers today to get fitted for new glasses. I normally go to Chirnside but I thought I’d give Lilydale a go. I didn’t have to wait too long and all the staff were great, Including the optometrist. Abbie sorted me out with frames etc, she was very friendly and helpful. Great local business.

My appointment was on time no waiting .great service and a good selection always come here.staff are terrific .great little shopping centre as well.

The staff here are so friendly but a big shout out to beautiful friendly staff member LISA was awesome to deal with , no pressures selling ever here , and the chose of glasses are endless

I have been coming to this store annually for yrs & always have had fantastic customer service from entering the store , getting my eyes checked and then picking the glasses up and having them fitted a wk later by every staff member. My husband and i only picked our new glasses up last Friday morning and was served by a Ryan? who was so nice and showed fantastic customer service (and dare i say flamboyant, in a positive way :) ) and the same went for the lady who actually served us a wk before when we were looking for our new glasses & getting our eyes tested. ( I cant remember her name though).We are moving interstate so last wk was our last time that we will use that store so i only hope QLD has a store with great customer service like i have experienced in Lilydale for all these yrs.Thanks guys

Excellent service, no wait time. Efficient professionals. Organised with good flow of customers. Excellent friendly assistance with choosing my frames, which was the fastest decision making regarding glasses that I've ever experienced. Overall a really enjoyable experience. Very happy with my matching glasses & sunglasses.

Waited in the hall for the results of tests to come back and in the middle of the hallway full of people the Dr began to discuss the health of my eyes, I suggested we go somewhere quiet to have the conversation to which they replied here's fine".This Dr may be comfortable with conversations surrounding the degradation of their vital organs in a room full of strangers
