Wish there was something less than 1 star. The ladies workers will not tell you all the required things all together in turn you will be forced to come back again and again talking time off your schedule. When asked why wasn’t this told before she said it’s written in the form.

I went in to get a my full license. I only went in store because I wanted to get a new photo. The lady as I walked in asked if I wanted a new photo I said yess. She then process to put through my full license with my old photo. So I wasted my time making myself look good and driving into town for nothing. I could have just done the say thing from home. I am very annoyed!!.

My wife had to change her driving test because of some reason. She got her email confirmation about it and on the day, they said that she didn't do it correctly when in fact, there is only one way to do it.They tried hard to convince me that she was wrong.Somehow, they found her a driving test 2 weeks later. On the day of the test, when she had 3 hours to her test, they called her and said that they had to cancel it because there was no driving instructor. They said that they will find another date. They found today's date at 11.00am. They also said that they cannot give us an email confirmation of the test.We reached the test at 10.50am and they said that they mistakenly booked 3 tests at the same time and that we had to reschedule. We somehow convinced them to get my wife a date today and they got her a test at 2.00pm.We reached the test center and 2 minutes before the driving test, they said that her Hazard Perception Test score expired and she has to pass that before attempting the driving test.The computer was extremely non-responsive and she failed the Hazard Perception Test even though she easily passed it before in Sydney.Now, we have to somehow find another driving test, which is extremely difficult.Just for the driving test, we had to miss a lot of work days, my wife had to retake driving classes. Her spirit is completely broken.It looks like my wife will have to wait for months just to drive her car freely.We lost too many time and money because of Service NSW Queanbeyan.

Terrible customer service every single time. Recently purchased a car, hubby went in with the papers signed and a written receipt both were refused. Went back with amended receipt and was charged 10X the stamp duty (they added a 0). Up to 6 weeks for a refund to come as a cheque that we had to go BACK in to fix. Was also charged a late transfer fee on day 13 from purchase (you have 14 days) complaining does nothing, customer service non existent. During covid was refused service to renew a historic vehicle that cannot be done online, other club members were able to register their vehicles, was finally able to do it after contacting complaints and driving 30 mins back over. Every time you go in here staff are rude dismissive and unhelpful. I dread going every time. Been like this for years.

Alexandra (Alex) is the worst, she doesn't even know how to talk to people, did not even try to help.for my license. Avoid this place at all times.
