bought a monitor recently and arrived pretty quick, opened the box and looked great but unfortunately there was a dead pixel, literally the day I got the monitor there was already a dead pixel.contacted support with slow response and all they could do for me was offer to pick it up and may take up to 14 days to assess if the damage was my fault or theres, i just literally got the monitor and thats all they can offer me.i need a monitor for work and not having a monitor for up to 14 days isnt acceptable,poor experience, they could of handled this better

I purchased an ex-demo laptop from the Acer online store on 9th May 2023, received in a couple of days. Found that many of the keys on the keyboard does not work. (despite Acer claiming on the website that all ex demo laptops are thoroughly inspected). Raised the complain with support same day i.e. 11th May 2023. Had to chase and contact multiple times by phone and by email to get the return organized. Now waiting for the refund. So I spend money to get this headache and to deal with very poor customer service. Lesson learned: buy from a brick/mortar store where you can get the thing returned and get your money back/replaced. Also, Acer laptops are generally very good but, do not trust ex-demo laptops.Thanks.

This is too unreasonable. My computer's fan was having issues, and even that didn't require deleting all of my files. But I am not asking you to upgrade my system. Now I have to manually delete the system and re-download. Do you know how much time this wastes? Please please please don't do extra help, it's annoying.

Brand with good Hardware but very poor customer service. I bought Swift laptop for my son as he was starting his high school, after a month he lost his laptop charger and on enquiry about spare parts, I get to know that, there is some third party vendor who is dealing with Acer Spare parts. I put a order through email and paid it with bank transfer. They said this particular model os not locally available and it will be shipped from overseas and will take 7-14 days to deliver. After 12 days, I contacted the vendor for delivery update and very rudely they replied it is back ordered and expecting delivery time is end of April and either I have to wait or I can request refund. On escalating this to Acer no help what so ever. I spend 1600 AUD on laptop and just after one month it is useless as no power adaptor available for this model. I have to arrange something else for son as he was preparing for his year 7 NAPLAN test. Its already been nearly month and still no support from either vendor or Acer.

Absolutely worst customer service. I've been trying to get a refund for 4 months for an absolute dud of a laptop. It takes them days and days to simply reply to an email. My child has been without her laptop for practically the entire school year because these useless people can't do there job.

Bought an Acer Aspire 5 from Acer Online that was faulty. Returned the unit to Acer on 20 September and the issue was not resolved until 2nd November over 6 weeks later.

Appon completion of order all correspondence re invoice, shipping etc was conducted very promptly and professionally. Also as the item I had ordered and paid for was currently out of stock Acer very kindly offered an alternative, upgraded model as substitute. Very happy with service.

I have ordered a computer and paid for it but it has not arrived as it was not delivered by Air Road Transport. So far the company of ACER has not given me back my money nor provided me with the computer I have paid for. Acer have shown extremely poor customer service when they are willing to take my money but not provide me with my computer. I will look at all of my options to obtainjustice in this situation. However my advice is to avoid ACER at all costs.

Absolute scam! Impossible to speak to anyone in Australia and the overseas centre just hang up on you and cant / wont answer questions. Only respond with scripted rehearsed answers.I dropped my laptop to ACER Service centre for a simple keyboard repair. My credit card was debited on arrival, to weeks later thy tell me not only they cant fix it but i cant get access to the computer again.
