Fantastic Muay Thai gym, went in with no Muay Thai experience and was instantly made a part of their team. Trainers have years of knowledge and are super helpful and supportive. Would highly recommend them to anyone of any level of training.

A Muay Thai gym like no other, amazing light clean space with extremely thorough, considerate, supportive and knowledgeable coaches. Every one is extremely respectful, helpful and kind. Extremely diverse group, super welcoming and accommodating for all levels. Every one trains hard, looks after each other and has all round good vibes. Lots of classes and great timetable as-well as a great space to improve, get fit, sharpen the tools, and grow. Opportunity to spar and grapple and train hard and smart or just improve your fitness

Having had no previous experience with muay thai I was pretty nervous about attending my first class, however as soon as I stepped foot into the building felt 100% comfortable and at home with the crew. An extremely friendly and supportive gym, from trainers and fellow clients alike.
