Great staff here. A company that stands by their warranty and has good after sales service. It's a rarity for a company to help the customer so satisfactory after sales these days and this is one company that still does.Their product just isn't suited to me. But every other aspect is great. Do try here first.

Spent an afternoon shopping around for beds at all the major bedding stores only to be faced with no service or minimal effort and left with no help. The exception was at OMF Bundall where I was greeted and shown the range of beds and mattresses that met my needs by Renae. I hadn’t intended on buying that day but ended up at OMF Helensvale within a couple of days where I got equally great service from Jenn and I decided to purchase what I was shown at the Bundall store. 10/10 service. Thank you.

We purchased our new mattress last week and couldn’t be happier! Jen made sure we got the perfect mattress that both my husband and I were comfortable on and recommended the right pillows, sheets, mattress protector etc and I’ve never had such a comfortable bed. Thanks again Jen :)

Ordered a double sized mattress on 13 May. At time of purchase was told it would take 4 weeks for my order to be ready. Still haven't received it. When I phoned I was told to 'wait for a call from us'. Not good enough, OMF lie at the time of the sale to get your money. I paid a deposit of $500, to get a refund I loose 20 percent in a cancellation fee!These guys are dodgy and the sales women are pushy! AVOID

I was served by Leanne and the service was exceptional. She was really knowledgeable and accomodating. Their range of products while limited was price competitive with other places and the products were all quality. In all a really good experience and if I ever need another mattress this would be one of the first places I would go. Also the warranty policies were amazing and their willing to work with you in price and payment.

Have purchased three mattresses from here over the last few years. The first was because we were due for an upgrade. The second was so we have a comfortable mattress in our camper and the third is because we have upgraded to a king bed. Have never had an issue. The quality is great and it still looks and feels as new as the day we bought it. Can't beat the prices as well. Super impressed with next day delivery and we were even offered free delivery. We got served by Jo at Helensvale and she was so helpful and friendly.
