Worst experience ever!I went to get my acrylics removed, and it was so painful. They literally pulled off the acrylics without any acetone treatment, didnt even bother offering that.I told them I was in pain, which I still am, but the lady was so rude and continued with her rough service.*visit at your own risk*

Staff are usually welcoming, they do pack a lot of customers in at once, however I appreciate their determination to take on as many as possible. Another salon in the centre told me it'd be an hour wait for infills and had half the customers as pearl nails. This salon seated me straight away. The quality isn't always amazing but for a quick and affordable service I'll happily return.

I went in and got full fresh set of acrylics. I’m just upset because I always come here yet they never remember me and always cut my nails much shorter than I like. I wish they could keep a tab or something per client as it’ll make my life easier. This is the most convenient nail salon for me so it’s just sad that I am never getting exactly what I like. I never leave 100% satisfied and It’s just so upsetting !

Went in for a manicure and pedicure to treat myself thinking it would only cost me $60. I felt rushed to decide what I wanted to get done so I ended up getting acrylic nails and that wasn't what I wanted, I wanted shellac and these choices weren't given to me. When I sat down to first get the pedicure I wasn't offered the massage chair like they used to and it took leg strength to keep my feet at the angle that they wanted. They started doing my fingers at the same time and they were hovering around and felt like so much pressure to get the colour chosen so they could start, was only after they started putting the acrylic nails on did they tell me it was twice what I expected. Couple of my nails started to sting halfway way through being done cause of how rough they were.i want to get my money's worth so am keeping the nails on for a few weeks even though it is uncomfortable.

Customer service - 0/5i did SNS, they were super rushed, didn’t even let me choose the colours. Exactly how it is now written in other reviews too, so they do it with everyone. The location of the shop is very convenient just at the entrance so i ended up going, they were so unprofessional, everyone was hogging me from all angles.Took $65 for Pearl. Didnt even do it nicely. At the end, they asked me to wash ny hands i didn’t understand and they were laughing at me, super unprofessional. Never going back again.

Do not go to this nail salon. I took my partner in to surprise her, but the nail technician ruined her nails. It's like a 5 year old went to town on her nails for an art project and thought making a mountainous terrain with valleys and hills out of her nails would be a good idea. If she wanted her nails to look like a lightning bolt we would have done it at home for much cheaper than $55. Poor effort, shame.

I went to do my full set acrylic gel nail. Service was pathetic. They don't listen/understand what you're saying and doing things as they want. Unprofessional staff, do not know their job. I wanted a square shape and gel nail polish told they clearly 4 times. However they ended up doing an uneven round shape. When I told them it's not square, they started shapeing and made my nail smaller than my original one. The end result was neither round nor square. They even bother to say a simple 'sorry' and started talking each other in their own language. Never ever go again in this shop. I would rate them 0, if I could. Extremely unprofessional.

The worst acrylic removal experience in my life. They put into a thin plastic between my natural nail and the acrylic extension. It was so painful, and it damaged my natural nail. The lady said this is the right and best way to remove acrylic nails. I've learnt how to do nail, so I'm pretty sure that it is a completely wrong way!!! And I had to ask her to stop it. My natural nail was already damaged, and it was too thin like a paper. If they didn't know it was the wrong way, they should shut down their business asap. Because they don't even have any knowledge of nails. Otherwise, they need to care for their customers for sure. I will never visit there again.

I am actually very surprised at the reviews for Pearl Nails?This is my 4th visit to this store and every time my nails look fantastic! Ally the manager is fantastic! Her customer service is exceptional always greeting me by name and with a smile. She always goes around checking the nail artists work and I have been nothing but impressed by their service. I had my nails done by Amy this time and they look and feel so beautiful! Please try them for yourself as most people are more inclined to leave bad reviews rather than taking the time to leave positive ones which is such a shame as I am pretty sure there would be a lot more positive comments and people took time to write a review. Ally, Amy and team thank you for your wonderful service and I look forward to coming back for my infills! :)

I was there yesterday, and I got the full package of manicure and pedicure for $75, but the girl didn’t do anything else than polishing my nail just a very very quick massage, she was in rush to finish my nails and she polished some nails far from my skin. Her attitude was not friendly at all. I won’t come back.
