Ly was absolutely amazing to deal with - flowers were beautiful and fresh, and she was able to deliver the flowers the next day (even in a busy period with Christmas a few days away!). Her service and communication is wonderful and she updated me when the flowers were delivered. Will definitely be using Ly at Smiling Petals again next time :) Highly recommend!

The business owner, Ly, was very friendly and delightful to deal with, she made the ordering process very easy and enjoyable.I appreciated that they were not rushing for payment, and instead gave me the time I needed to complete my order. Additionally, Ly went above and beyond by sending a photo of the bouquet that was hand delivered. It was such a thoughtful gesture that made me feel valued as a customer.As for the bouquet itself, I was very impressed with the quality of the flowers and the overall presentation. Ly is such a beautiful person! My partner and I were on the way back from the Central Coast to Sydney on a Sunday morning and were desperate to find a last minute bouquet with many florists closed. I called Ly and she pulled through with less than an hour’s notice! The end result was amazing. Made it on the spot. My best friend received them for her 30th and absolutely loved them.
