Array Energy - Burleigh Heads

We bought the solar hot water controller with 4 solar panels, for our new house. The guys fitted it to our hot water system (we got one with twin elements) The job was finished neatly and they were careful not to cause damage to the new house. The system has been in use for nearly a year now. We are extremely happy with it’s performance. We have only turned the Origin supply on in the metre box a couple of times, when we’ve had several rainy days in a row. Otherwise, our hot water has been free from the sun. I know it will well and truly pay for itself. Thanks Campbell and the team!

I bought a place with their solar panels and I called them to address an issue with their operation. I spoke to Campbell on all 4 occasions plus left 2 messages an an email follow up to return my call as they promised to have a technician call me and I'm still waiting...over 5 weeks! After service care is non existent!!

Cam and his Team installed 2 Source Mass Water units in Mar 2019, and the works and follow up maintenance and services has been very professional. I would have no hesitation in recommending Array Energy in the future for any specialised electrical or solar services that they might supply!

Array Energy installed a 6Kw solar system 4 years ago. the system was performing poorly, some panels showed discolouration. My, since than, deceased wife rang on a number of occasions without response, she than contacted a local solar installer to check the system, they discovered that beside discolouration of some panels, one string(half the panels) was unplugged. No one has been back to check the system or touched it after the original install. since the installer left after dark he could not have checked the output of the system. Director Mr Campbell denies all responsibility. since the second string was connected our output has more than doubled. I anticipate a loss of about $4000 over the 4 years of installation. I cannot give less than one star which is more than they deserve. I am considering legal action.
