Customer service beyond imaginable. Especially Paul BOSKE of the sales specialist team had gone above and beyond to expedite products delivery, and to provide the best price on the market.Staff is all good, but I feel that Paul in particular has been commendable throughout every dealing. He takes good pride in helping clients and remembers us well and understands exactly what we need. Very efficient and proactive. Highly recommended.

Very disappointed with Sydney Tools who longer stocks replacement bags for their Bayer B30L Vacuum (I had purchased them previously from them)....I was told to try Bunnings who should" be able to find something that will fit/work!!!"

While at Sydney tools today I was approached by Conrad the man of the hour. He took me all around the shop explaining things down to the smallest details that I hadn't even considered or thought of. Conrad was nothing short of amazing, he was due to have a short break but pushed that aside for my needs and went far beyond what anyone would ever expect in customer service. This man deserves a raise to say the absolute least.Thanks Conrad I appreciated everything you assisted me with. Will be recommending this store to all trades time and time again

Made an expectation today that Sydney tools would also sell common 38mm finishing nails for senco and hikoki finishers that they sell...like other trade tool suppliers.How wrong could I be.Sydney tools are not my usual supplier of tools and equipment, however as I was going past, dropped in.Back to my expectation.On enquiring about said nails was told to go have a look at aisle 8. The guy behind the counter, there may have been a seat present, who knows...tired, little to no communication skills with a couldn't give a rats attitude.Reasonably shocked by this also the surly, disinterested and dismissive manner in which it was communicated.Ok, you don't do nails like my usual supplier...But Lordy, don't expect me to be coming back after that experience of customer service. I will spend my dollars where I usually do.

Thanks to Drew and the Area Manager, Jarrod, for sorting out an issue I had when purchasing some Ego gear.By contrast, one of the other senior staff there was doing his best to do me out of a deal. He's been named before as the 'manager' in other Google reviews (which he isn't) - avoid him.

Useless comes to mind. Did an online order, 3 weeks later no word. Called multiple times only to be told will call back... Guess what... no call. Also need to review ACL, as would not refund a product that was not fit for purpose and faulty as they cannot sell it again. Shop elsewhere where you feel valued as a customer, cause this place is horrendous.

Without a doubt the most comprehensive range of gear, and an extremely knowledgeable and friendly team. Drew specifically went over and above to help me out, despite parts not being l available for the product I own. Straight up outstanding service. Second to none. No wonder I spend so much money here
