Extremely poor customer service. Couldn't provide basic information on order, refused to provide refund.Lodged dispute and tracking number finally provided however order had never actually left the seller.Thank God I got my money back from the dispute as i truly dont believe order was ever going to be sent.Would not recommend.Seller attempts to keep funds without providing product or estimated shipping/postage times. Blames poor service on being a small business influxed with orders.Should close orders if unable to fulfill in reasonable time or provide a reasonable time-frame.

Was very happy with the contents of my mystery box I purchased. The lashes were absolutely stunning, and the scent of the bath bomb, lip scrub and body exfoliate smelled absolutely devine!Can't wait to order more products from Creations By Ebony!

Placed an order and paid in June and have followed up order twice and still no goods. Very unhappy and extremely disappointed with poor service and no refund. I am now requesting full refund via paypal. DO NOT TRUST THIS BUSINESS!!!

Totally recommend Creations by Ebony! Whipped soaps are a must have. Scents are so yummy and so soft. Banana body butter is amazing. Very quick service and took much care with getting products to me. Value for money is fantastic showing quality. Will totally be returning!

I placed my order and got shipped out the next day and I ended up getting it less then a week later ! She really cares about her customers. My order came and it was perfect and packed safely for shipping. Will 110% be buying from her again and again :)

Absolutely loved the options available, I had ordered a mystery box but there were products I wouldn't use, I had asked to change them and without any issues at all ebonys creations made a mystery box to suit me. Everything is reasonably priced and is of good quality. Postage is reasonable and there is also the option to pick up if local. You wont be dissapointed I know i surely wasn't. Thanks heaps again for my goodies
