IMO Car Wash

Need to change sign. I got the car washed with wheel wash included. Pics are of how good the wheel wash was. When I told the manager he told me to get a more expensive wash to get the wheels washed properly. I walked over and pointed at the sign and showed him the wash I got which included a wheel wash. Last time I got this same exact wash they came out with a mop and bucket and spent about 3 - 4 seconds per wheel circling it with a mop. That's all they needed to do. This time they sprayed it with a gerney for a few seconds, no mop. It got nothing off the wheels. Anyway, change your sign. Just don't include the wheel wash on the sign for that wash if you are not going to do it properly. Pics don't do it justice but wheels are dusty as anything. I can wipe with my finger and it comes off.

I have been using IMO for about 7 years now, at least once a week.But over the past 18 months they have slowly gotten worse and worse.Paid for the Ultra HD wash today, at no time did either of the attendants inform me that the triple foam" wasn't working. I paid and then they proceeded to do a very bad job of the pre-wash

We did the ultra wash - paid $21 and car didn't come out much better. Don't have high expectations for auto car-wash - but thought by paying the extra we'd get a better wash.Cobwebs STILL on vehicle as well as dirt spots - waste of money really

Don’t ever go to this store. Paid for triple foam and got white foam sprayed that the owner claims that’s the “triple foam” they use. The roller brushes look like they have never been cleaned or replaced. Drainage water smell fills up your car cabin as you are going through the wash. The owner “June” says the brushes gets replaced in parts?? Will definitely complain to head office.

Quick and good pricing but you pay for what you get. Rims only cleaned particially. Extra $2 charge is not worth it. The guys need to take a bit more time to clean the wheels.

Just had a wash here, $25 for the works, poor effort from the guy with the broom who should have stayed in bed, he did a pathetic job. Went through had the wash and out the other side wheels still dirty and the whole back of the car. Funnily enough the parts he washed before going through the machine.I drive back around and said have another go. I was told no I can’t do it better we are to busy so he put the car through again with a basic $11 wash. The dollar value of the wash is irrelevant but the quality shouldn’t change.Won’t be back

Normally, I have good experiences with this place but more recently it’s as if my entire front was completely neglected during the manual pre-wash... How hard is it to get a bit of dried mud debris from the front... it’s as if they literally just brushed over without a care in the world... I’m absolutely appalled & livid now! I want my money back.

I go here all the time, it's hands free! Drive up, pay the attendant through your window, stop at the start point, or your car in neutral, hand brake off, and it'll take you through. Come out clean and dry at the other end.There are vacuum machines, and self wash bays as well.

I washed my Ranger in the automatic car wash. After the employee confirmation, my car would be OK to go through. As I entered the wash area, the spinning brush caught my grill and stopped the wash. The brush had damaged my car. Met with the owner a couple of days later, and the owner took photos and said he would get back to me. I am unable to contact him now or he won't return my call. Don't use this place.

I used to use this auto car wash unfortunately yesterday the operator on duty did not advise to turn the steering wheel which resulted in scratched AMG rims. The usual operators would advise to turn left or right so the wheels avoid getting scratched.Very disappointed and sad. Avoid these dodgey cheap operators!!!
