Always efficient and knowledgeable staff, and my doctor is excellent. I never have to wait for long, and the service i get is always excellent. It's great that there is a pathology collection centre available on site as well.

I am now a patient at this surgery. My parents have been patients at this surgery for a long time without any problems. Dr Umer is a wonderful person & doctor. The staff are welcoming, friendly & very efficient. I hope to spend many a year with this practice.

This place has the worst billing and appointment processes. I made one minor complaint to Emily the practice manager and therefore I was told not to come back to the practice and them ceasing my medical care. They do not know how this would affect someone and I was simply ignored. Be mindful when making complaints as the GP's own the practice also. It is a shame with such a big GP shortage they would do this to a patient in which the complaint was not over my medical care it was over Emily's administrative team who do not know how to run their department. They are very rude and abrupt. Very sadden the the GP who owns the practice did not even want to talk with me after she gave me great medical care.

Was a good practice, has gone down the toilet since bringing in new policies, even if you've been a patient most of your life

Dr Umer is very professional, informative, and thorough. She was great with my toddler and made us both feel welcome and cared for. Being open on Saturdays is very convenient for working families. Parking was easy and reception staff lovely.

This medical centre is very good. Time from making appointment until we spoke to the doctor was only a few days. We made a phone appointment as we only needed scripts, it was really easy and the scripts were sent electronically straight away

I have unfortunately had to put in a formal complaint. Having a Dr rush through her diagnosis and refusing to look at another health concern because she can only look at one concern in one appointment. Sorry, that just didn't digest well with me.
