Absolutely disgusted! Told me he was happy to take on installing a couple of air conditioners for a friend of mine with a heart condition in Northampton - tried calling, texting, leaving messages and writing to his business page - TOTALLY IGNORED! Meanwhile it's heating up in Northampton daily. My friend decided to try to call him herself - he is now 'TOO BUSY' to help her now!! This wasn't a small job - it was installing 2 air cons, full safety check on house after cyclone and mouse plague and installing new power points throughout the house for her. He wanted to 'wait until he had more business in Northampton before he decided to come up there'. EXTREMELY POOR BUSINESS ETHIC MATE.

Got invoice shoved in fly screen - 5 days later he hacks into western power box stole fuses & disconnected power to residence what great safe work practise for licensed electrical contractor! What about my family's safety ?? He left site unsafe. Copper wired all the fuses!!Invoice was not even 7 days old!

I called and Bill said he would be there the same day at 4:30pm. He never showed up. I even sent him a text massage saying that it was ok if he was held up, but I would like to know if he was still coming. He never messaged me back or bothered to call. I won't be calling back. Very disappointing.
