Every single time I go to this dealership the service and respect from the staff that I have dealt with has been perfect.

wanted to write this email, as I believe when there you receive exceptional customer service that you should let the person or their manager know.This year as we all have seen has been an interesting and challenging year. We had our 2007 BMW X3 written off during COVID-19 and we had to look for an alternative. We had a number of options and I was considering another BMW dealership as I had just purchased my 2019 5 Series a year earlier. I also went to Waverley BMW and was quite dumbfounded that I was ignored for 45 minutes, and walked out the door. I obviously did not look like the demographic they believed was looking for a car. I then thought of coming down to Brighton to look at the cars and was introduced to David Wilkinson. I discussed what we wanted and that we I had to wait for our other car to be written off from the Insurance company, before we could proceed with the purchase of the car. I was not ready for the reaction that I got by David and his manager who said that It was not a problem and that all they needed was a deposit. We were honest with the timing and they had no issues with that.We left extremely surprised and impressed at the level of professionalism and customer service, as David organize for the Tinting and also the roof racks for my bike to be also be included.This is a true example of going above and beyond when it comes to customer service and I wanted to recognize the amazing customer service and attention to detail he has for his work. I have since recommended a number of people come to Brighton BMW as the service we received was exceptional and you made my Partner and I feel valued. This is a far cry from the other BMW dealerships which left us baffled.Thanks also to Leanne and her after care service with Shmick. Another great asset to the team and your customer service front desk team are also always happy to help. I think the feeling at this dealership must stem from the management team having the trust and respect of their staff.Really impressed customer

Once again, absolutely wonderful experience. I have been servicing my Mini with Brighton for about 3 years now and every time the service and personal touch made it great experience. I always have dealt with Erin and she is absolutely fantastic. Last issue was rear brakes service notice coming too soon, (done by them earlier), it was checked for half a day, sensor issue fixed, car cleaned and vacuumed all free of charge. Definitely recommend.

Fantastic service provided by BMW Brighton. Thanks to the service manager, Aaron B. who sorted out the problem from customer’s points of view and really went beyond my expectation.Highly recommended.

Bought a brand new vehicle from here and the overall sales process was ok. The vehicle has been ok also. The service department has been hit and miss but was generally acceptable. Now the vehicle is just over 3 years old and I enquired about trading it in or selling it to them. I did my through research in advance and clarified that I don’t want to waste their time and I do not want them to waste my time. They quoted a reasonable figure on the phone but upon bringing the car that is in excellent condition, they found bunch of random excuses and low balled an amount that was an absolute waste of my time. They have now lost a customer for good.

Be aware of Jens Pich and Adbdul Wahab. I bought a BMW here a few years ago. I immigrated from the UK and had it shipped to NSW. When it arrived it had severe gear box cosmetic damage. I had to get BMW in customer service involved who made sure they paid Paramatta BMW for the repair. With out customer service involved these guys were refusing to repair the damage. They conveniently didnt send me pics of this damage when I asked for pics from the UK before purchasing. Be aware. Dishonest.

Recently purchased an iX3 from interstate from Brighton BMW - the whole team were amazing to deal with, making for an easy and very competitive transaction and finance process.Dennis in sales and Prince in finance were incredibly helpful and provided extremely high service levels. I would have no hesitation in making another purchase through them when the time comes.Thanks Brighton BMW!

David Wilkinson was excellent in facilitating my interstate (sight unseen) purchase of a near new Mini JCW. It arrived in perfect condition and after a good wash it looks showroom fresh! Thank you David for your assistance and professionalism, greatly appreciated!

Thanks to Rob from Brighton BMW. Great friendly team member, who took the time to show me a few vehicles in detail. Very friendly and non pushy sales guy and very knowledgeable. The dealership itself is phenomenal, one of the best dealerships i've seen.Felt very welcome as soon as I stepped into the carpark.
