Got my licence yesterday morning, drove 2 hours to Wagga to get a new bike (want a Kawasaki Vulcan) and new riding gear. There were sales staff at the counter and wandering around so I was expecting someone to come and help me out. I had a wander around the bikes and spent a good 20 minutes trying on jackets and looking at the helmet I wanted and not a soul asked if I needed any help. I was pretty disappointed that they'd let a sale walk out of the door and no one batted an eyelid. I have cash for a bike and gear buy it'll be going to another dealer now.

Have had 2 dealings with these guys... the first was an emergency requiring a helicoil replacement on the head of an old engine this was done in a couple of hours even with these guys getting smashed with covid restrictions. My second was today with stumpy to order some fork seals... I was in and out within a couple of minutes and cheaper than eBay. he couldn't have been more helpful. Will definately be back

Hi, I wouldn't use wagga motorcycles again as I bought a ktm 200 that came out of there service department the day before.The report said fully serviced remove carby and clean out. Obviously not done but charge for it. Bike broke down on first ride 2 hours from home. Bike has done 25 hours and they reckon they replaced brake pads. More lies.Be very carfull what you are being charged for.
