I have had smash repairs done when my insurer has sent me, and I've been back for touch ups, and they service my car regularly. I cannot recommend Frank and his team highly enough. They will look after your car professionally and lovingly.

The receptionist was rude & condescending. This company apparently won’t even consider private jobs. Very unhelpful when asked about other options to explore even after refusing to consider the job! These guys obviously make enough money because they don’t welcome new customers.

I just got my car back from an insurance claim. This business was easy to deal with, even recommended locking in a repair date before my excess was waived so I wouldn’t have to wait longer for another appointment. That was fantastic. The door looks brand new again. I was very pleased that this company did my insurance repair job. Great job!!

I went back to the workshop with the same problem at least three times. Every single time they said they checked the car with all of the tests and nothing wrong with it. I know my car, I have been driving more the 30 years so I knew something is not right. They suggested to leave the car there for a week... I couldn’t do that. So I took my Polo to a different workshop. They were quick, they took my problem seriously and did a great job. My car runs smoothly, speed up easier and faster. I was very happy with the service and the fee as well.

My car was stolen and my insurance company used Selected Smash Repairs as its preferred provider once it was recovered. I couldn't be happier; my car was stolen new and has now been returned to me in as mint condition as it was before. The team were so helpful, very empathetic, excellent communicators and made the experience very stress and hassle free. I am beyond pleased with the condition of my car after their work. Will definitely choose SSR if I ever need repairs and cannot recommend them highly enough!

Highly recommend Frank and the team at SSR they are excellent. They fixed my bumper on the same day for a good price. The workmanship was professional and neat. I am very happy with the service the price and the result. I would go back again for sure.
