The staff were all really friendly and happy to help and explain everything. The burgers are very nice and don't cheat you on the fillings. You can get healthy options that you can't get at a lot of other burger places. You can still have regular burgers and a nice selection of wine/beer. Not a huge range of soft drink though if you don't want something alcoholic. The store itself is very clean and inviting and you can view the area the food is made which is very appealing.

17/01/2023 at 6:30pm.Came in to pick up our dinner and the Manager on shift must’ve been putting through a refund due to another employee’s mistake. Honestly the manager was very rude to the poor girl she was abusing her because of a simple mistake. there were tears. i saw them falling down her poor little face. The manager then rolled her eyes at the poor victim. I will not be returning to this store as i do not support abuse in the workplace. The victim happened to treat me lovely btw.

Disgraceful false advertising by this store and company. Ordered through the ‘order at table’ QR code and selected a delicious looking great northern (4x) bucket for $29. Only to find out that this store does not sell buckets and will not go 4 beers for this price. They gave us 2 beers and $4 change instead. Later that meal we thought about it and figured out that they tried to short change us giving us $7 less then we should’ve got and tried to tell us we were wrong upon bringing it to their attention

Service was good, staff were friendly. Burgers seem to be smaller, all the chips were undercooked but edible. May not go back to eat here again.

Placed a delivery order - received this in the bag along with a beef burger as substitute. No call, no notification of any kind. I cannot eat red meat - needless to say, not impressed!!! After a phone call they gave a refund - but that was dinner. Do not recommend.

Love Grill'd, but this location is always very slow. Pick up orders are never ready when they say they will be - allow an extra 10mins at least. I would understand if it was a busy night, but when there are only two guests in the whole store and three staff on their phones at the front counter, it's a bit frustrating.
