I was disappointed with the bread loaf I purchased. Never had this experience at any of the other franchises. Bread did not taste fresh.

went to the store this morning i was their at 6.49am the baker said the store opens at 7am & he couldn't serve me. I accepted that & was waiting, Not even 2 minutes go passed & another customer approached the counter. The Baker came to the front counter server this customer & had a full conversation with him too. Poor Customer Services can serve one customer but tell me from the back of the store that they open at 7am? Market Place has better service
