Howards Storage World Bondi Junction

Recently experienced superb customer service at Howards Storage Bondi - particularly from Ben - replacing my old Leifheit Ironing board which had a 5 year warranty and refused to open, that I had purchased from another Howards Storage shop 3 years ago, with a new Leifheit Ironing board. They honoured the purchase, as this was my regular Howards Storage shop, despite the goods being bought from another Howards shop. They arranged for the pick-up of the ironing board & delivered a brand new one to my home. Thank you Ben!Love Howards Storage for inspirational storage ideas and excellent customer service.

I note most of the reviews are regarding price, I'd like to point out that the brands you buy at Howard's are not brands you will buy in Kmart so really it's personal preference / needs that will determine where you shop.Personally I would like to highlight the wonderful customer service I received at Howard's Bondi Junction. The entire team from management down are super friendly and helpful. We went in on a Saturday wanting to purchase the Joseph Joseph bin in Graphite which was sold out in store. Monday the last bin was tracked down with the supplier so we ordered it. There were a series of unfortunate events including Toll going down, delivery delays, incorrect colour provided to the store, etc. The team were proactive with their communications the entire time, personally delivered the item rather than waiting longer for a courier AND provided complimentary bags without us requesting any sort of compensation. We are not the type to be angry in these situations as you cannot blame an individual for something out of their hands, but every action the team took ensured the experience remained positive. Thank you Alan and team for putting customer's first at this franchise!

Disappointing customer service, shop owners are rude and unprofessional; they wrongly label a product on the shelf and refuse to align with the price displayed on the label.Although prices are high and products not good quality.I don't recommend this shop and customer service.

Compared a storage box from here to bunnings. $20 at Howard's.$9 at bunnings. The exact same storage box. Completely different price. The price gauging for a plastic storage box is hilarious.

Who doesn't love this place ! Yes most items/gadgets may be priced higher than alternative stores but their quality ( is in my opinion) worth the extra $.They have a points/ reward system available...make sure you join. After all everything counts.

Above and beyond in customer service! I rented an apartment in CBD that had no storage, big mistake as it became a real pain. I was thrilled to find Howards as I decided not to buy new furniture for my rental, I just needed some clever stoage options. I found all of these things a Howards. Unlike Ikea they deliver AND assemble! I have a few items from Howards Bondi junction including a lovely open wardrobe, which was disassembled by Howards staff so I could take it with me. Its worth the money to pay for this great service! I highly recommend for products and of course service.

Agree with previous reviewers, products EXTREMELY OVEPRICED. KMart now sells most products at a fraction of Howard's price - all made in China, like Howards.
