Absolutely appauled at the customer service. Was with them for 12 years and have now taken my service elsewhere. Multiple issues ranging from being charged at a higher rate to running out of gas and the lady mentioning no names being so rude. And now i have left them and now getting a half yearly bil for a service they dont provide me.

I have an Elgas app on my iPhone, which I have been using since they have brought out kleenheat , ordering my 45 kg bottles online . Since the Covid-19 I’ve been effective hit hard through financial hardship, like many other people have. I’ve been behind on my payment s . Elgas has stopped me ordering bottles online and advertised me I can only order bottles at the nearest store and pay . I drove to the nearest supply er to pay cash and was advised we can’t accept payment s because they didn’t work in payment s department !!! What sort of businesses is this ???? No hot water no cooking !! And I haven’t ordered any gas from this company, and received no notifications why I haven’t ordered any gas for over 6 months !! Don’t waste your time with this company who doesn’t care !! And they say they have a computer error on my last payment over 6 months !! Well guess what ELGAS I’ve kept all my receipts . Don’t think your going to rip me off because I haven’t ordered a single bottle for the last 6 months and not received any notificationsWhy… I have actually been ordering bbq swap n go bottles , so thank you ELGAS for your support in this hard time s !. I have actually been really impressed with the helpful staff at kleenhat for many of years , very helpful supportive and the best gas supplier I’ve delt with until ELGAS brought them out . How disappointed I am with customer support!!
