Got my eyelashes extensions done there this week and I'm so happy with it. Real professionnal salon, lovely set up and quality work. Riley did à really good job, was caring and listening to my need. It's definitely the new place I'll come for my infill and probably other treatments.Recommand 100% and trust me I tried many places for extensions.

Staff leaving and changing all the time, no consistency with treatments, never the same person. Manager rings, and I say that loosely as I wouldn’t know her name, to say you didn’t cancel your appointment, when I have, to say they are taking a 50% cancellation fee, I don’t think so, check your messages. Tried several services in this facility and I have found most of it below average. For the manager to tell me flat out, no refund, give us another chance, we are putting on a new manager, no more chances I want my money back.Paid for three needling sessions, only had one, rang to say I would like a refund on balance, told by ManagerIf there was an opportunity to give them no stars, I would. Buyer beware

Had Waxing and Massage appointment booked with Emerson this morning. She contacted me to say they were down a staff member, and could I reschedule as she was unable to fit me in today. I explained I already had an appointment booked with her and not the employee that was sick, so why was it I had to reschedule?? She said she could see if she could squeeze me in! Sorry no way, not wanting a rushed waxing job and a squeezed in massage, what's the point! Very disappointment.

Such lovely staff and beautiful salon and rooms. Peaceful and relaxing music. My facial was lovely and my 2 friends who also had treatments loved it and the therapists.When back visiting Noosa, will definitely go again!

I have been going to Ella Bache for my regular waxing for over a year now. I have also used the salon for facial treatments. The team at Ella Bache Noosaville are friendly, knowledgeable and always go out of their way to accommodate my needs. Such a relaxing experience.

This could've been such a different experience if the therapist was transparent with me on arrival . When I arrived I was greeted coldly , I should've trusted myself and left at that point but I always believe in the goodness of people . I wasn't welcomed , no idea what my therapists name was - it just felt odd, uncomfortable & forced . When I went to pay , there was an additional charge of $40 from an apparent missed appointment- I was happy to cover that as I sometimes have to change schedules due to the nature of my work - I get that and accept that but transparency and honesty when I first arrived would've allowed for a much nicer experience, and instead of feeling likey appointment was not given the care that I expect as a client . This could've been avoided with a simple ' you know you missed an appointment and we have to charge you ' I would've apologised and happily paid and had a laugh and an ongoing customer relationship could've been formed . But now I have to go again and pay elsewhere for my eyebrows because they weren't done with care or attention - long stray bits .It's a disappointment as my time is precious as is theirs and I wished I wasn't feeling so negative about this experience when it could've been handled so much more professionally . And lying at the end saying they cannot alter the computer - just be honest as I was fine to pay it - it's the dishonesty , lack of care / Attention and total dismissal of wanting to create a good experience for me .I would rec elsewhere if you want precision expertise with anything to do with facial waxing & eye brows .

I went in for a facial last week and the girls did not disappoint. I often have quite dry skin and with this heat my skin has been suffering. I phoned the shop after checking out the website and spoke with one of the staff members about the Our signature experience" and we decided it would be best suited to me as they tailor the ointments and lotions to the specific requirement of the client. I also have quite sensitive skin but the lotions and cleansers they used did not upset my skin at all but instead left my skin feeling rejuvenated

Ive had multiple services now with Ella Bache Noosaville and every time without a doubt is it the best experience! Im always looked after as soon as i step in the door and the girls always go above and beyond to make me feel welcomed. I always leave feeling better then when I arrived. The only bad thing is that my services had to end. I applaud all the ladies on the exceptional services!
