BooksPlus is a very efficient and up to date book store. My cat and I loved viewing all the new publications and the staff were extremely helpful. We would like to recommend this Store to everyone who enjoys a decent read.

Excellent variety of books with well explored categories such as true crime, kids education, social justice and more. Everything is reasonably priced and we were assisted by two amazing staff members over the time we were there. Not only were they very helpful when it came to the books themselves, but one also gave us advice of where to visit and eat while in Bathurst :)

I went on 14th June to this bookshop, I usually go once or twice a year to buy a parcel of books for my granddaughter in the Blue Mountains.Must be new owners as the service I received I could have got from Big W or TargetThe owner here was always fantastic and the staff were lovely.How times change, the whole atmosphere was ordinary.One lady smiled but that was it.I always get my Seniors Discount but I was in a bit of a hurry and did not check the receipt till i got home.Not only was there no discount the prices were all at full cost.The Bad Guys books cost me $16.99 eachI could have bought from Target or Big w for $8!!!I then called the shop and was happy to take a credit for my seniors discount off my next purchase, the lady advised that their system was changed and she would check with Kathryn to see if she could arrange and would call me back.No call back ever received and no missed calls, so I can guess no discount will apply any more.No Problem I will not be back, at those inflated prices I can buy online and here I am trying to keep business in our Regional area.I drove from Cowra to Bathurst around 100Km just to support this shop.A good lesson in how to kill a business quick, I used to love this shop.NOT ANY MORE.

Excellent bookshop in the heart of Bathurst. Good selection of books including a small philosophy section (an area of interest for me). Great service from Sam. If we visit Bathurst again, it will be one of the places we will definitely visit again.
