If you’re looking for a relaxing and pampering experience this is not the place. My treatment was interrupted by phone calls and staff conversations. Unfortunately very unprofessional and disorganised.

I purchased a package to try services at Skinovations & would never return again after my first visit. Cherie made me feel like I was an inconvenience to be coming to receive my first treatment & not agreeing to purchase additional items to be done that day. I was told I should get treatments to things I had no interest in having. After I declined the additional cost items she did not talk to me or tell me what she was doing for the treatment, instead coming in & out of the room to ‘just do it’. She also spoke down to me as if I don’t understand how marketing works, because she didn’t receive any of the cost of the package I had purchased & that was somehow my fault. Although I am aware of the tactics & fully expected to be ‘sold future treatments’ I did not expected to be made feel so irrelevant, despised & like I had done something wrong. I left straight away after the treatment finished & was in tears by the time I got to my car. I would strongly discourage anyone thinking of attending this business. If this is the unprofessionalism of this business I can’t honestly understand how treating anyone this way would result in an increase to business or recommendations.

We bought 2 x vouchers from the sales rep. We were so looking forward to a calm and relaxing massage, this is definitely not what we received. The lady at the front deck was unpleasant and they were 15 minutes late for the treatment. My friend was shown to her room and left there for 10 mins not knowing what was happening, then during her treatment the lady just walked out and went to the front desk and proceeded to try sell products to another client and she was left waiting for 15 minutes. We both filled out the information forms and I advised I had a lower back issue, during my massage the lady proceeded to get on the bed and put all her weight on my lower back, needless to say i could hardly move a few days after that. it was a noisy and unpleasant environment, We walked out feeling more stressed and irritated then we did when we went in. I would not recommend this place as they are extremely unprofessional and don't take the time and care to look after their clients.
