I have been dealing with Tina and Ash and others at Excel Australasia for more than three years. They have exceeded all of my expectations in almost 100% of the time. Just like one hot day does not make it a summer, it is impossible to please all of the people all of the time, but I can recommend a company 100%. They are the best print supplier in value for money, product quality and their response to the query is simply amazing. Yesterday, 15/6/2017 I approved a print for property brochure booklets, I received an automatic response email that my booklets will be sent on Monday, 19 June 2017, which is two business days from the placement of the order. Today 16/6 2017 at 11:04 AM, the goods were delivered to my Sydney office. If your looking at getting some printing done, don’t waste your time with this company, they are totally useless in doing any sort of business. Mel who is supposed to be a rep for the company is hopeless in her service or should I say, lack of service.This company is a joke they wasted 2 weeks of our time without one simple business card proof, now we will go somewhere else as our time is important and don't deserve this treatment.The 1 star rating is only here because I have to so I can register this review as if we could we would put minus 5 stars . Also this company should take the advice of there telephone hold recording of which they obviuosly don't abide by.Warning: Use this company at your own peril .Alex & Maureen Bartolo
