I want to take this opportunity to thank Aisling and Tim for their exemplary service right from when I first made contact via email until the completion of the job.Within 24 hours of me making contact, my 92 yr old mother who lives alone regained access to 2 working phones(prev had poor service from 1 phone), her answering machine and can now hear the phone ringing! This is after battling the Telcos and NBN for 4 years. I wish I had found your company earlier-this kind of service is unbelievable and will save my mother and family so much worry.even better, the amount charged is also far less than we expected and for the amount of time Tim spent solving the issue, it seems to be a very generous and compassionate gesture.Thank you so much- Aisling, Tim and Advanced Network Services have really made a difference to us and we are so grateful.ANS should be everyone's first port of call.

Can't say enough great things about Ash in the office and Tim in the field. I really had no idea about cabling but Ash sorted someone out and Tim was onsite and on time soon after. Great person and comfortable to have onsite he worked tirelessly to sort the issue out leaving much later than I'm sure he planned. All the time tolerating two inquisitive children. Cannot reccommend this company highly enough when they have People like Ash and Tim
