Great place for my essentials and grooming. The staff are always very helpful and Shannon was able to get me exactly what I needed. I love Wahl Shavers but most places don’t have the quality products they have here. These clippers last me and easy to use.

I was there today and was met by the most arrogant, smug unhelpful human I think I’ve ever come across. I asked a simple question confirming the colour of a massage gun because sometimes the packaging on the box is generic and might not show a specific colour you’re after. Her response was rude and dismissive. Even when she took payment the disinterest on her face like she was too good for the job or something. A Blonde girl I believe her name was Adelaide. If you don’t want to do the job don’t show up. If I was the owner there is no way I would let someone like this be what greets customers and the face of the store. Disgraceful human

Always get great customer service when I visit any Shaver Shop branch. Recently lost the stand to my Wahl shaver on a holiday. At the Adelaide Arcade branch, staff there went to check if they had any spares in back of the shop. Although they didn't, the staff had one or two at home and offered to bring it in the next day. I was flying to the Gold Coast the next day, unfortunately. At Pacific Fair on the GC, initially they didn't have any either, but offered to call me when they had one available. They had one come in recently and I just picked it up. Great stuff!

Leigh from the shaver shop has been extremely helpful in helping us with a lost item that we had purchased from his stop. He has gone over and above in helping us with this.The lady in the store that served us to buy the products was also very knowledgeable with all the products and helpful in all aspects during our purchase. Unfortunately we lost the bag of goods between the store and our flight home to Victoria.Thanks very much to Leigh and the helpful team in everything they have done for us in helping us track this down and being able to provide proof of purchase for our insurance claim. Great to see an enthusiastic team that are passionate about the products they sell and the service they provide to their customers.Well done and thank you!!

I purchased a set of Wahl Clippers from the Shaver Shop Pacific Fair about 2 years ago and they have been great. I had been meaning to stop by and give positive feedback but for one reason or another did not get around to it. Today I stopped by and was fortunate enough to meet Shannon who works at Pacific Fair Shaver Shop. It was a delightful conversation, I found Shannon very knowledgeable and informative about the new products. I ended up buying a new blade, thank you Shaver Shop Pacific Fair and thank you Shannon.

I have been to several shaver shops but have never received as excellent customer service as Shannon provided. Not only was she knowledgeable about all of the products she also entertained my four-year-old daughter while I look for new shavers. What an experience I will be back to shop time and time again
