**Word of warning**if you need a vacate clean do not use APACHE CLEANING SERVICES which also operate under PRIME SOLUTIONS GROUP!After posting an ad on a local FB page re a vacate clean we booked and paid Michael Head of Prime solutions for a vacate clean, lawn mow & weeding only to deal with appalling service from Michael & his cleaning team right from the start! He advised if their were any issues his cleaners would correct at no extra cost (standard for vacate clean companies) The cleaners did not clean the oven, rangehood, windows, walls left rubbish and did not weed gardens etc when he was advised of the work that needed to be done he said he would arrange key collection and get his team to go back to correct it, He didnt and has since ignored all calls from myself and our real estate. We have had to spend an extra $500 fixing up the mess this business left! My attempts to get a resolution from Michael have led to him ignoring my calls and blocking me on messenger?Please beware of the services you use and save yourself the money and headache Do not use this man or his services. When he finally made contact with me he sent abusive messages and proceeded to spit derogatory and racists slurs all which i have screenshotted. He has done this kind of thing for years and I have laid formal complaints against him as well as making my fellow perth community aware of this snake via social media.TIA
