Dishonest customer service -After purchasing a brand new horizon treadmill from Johnson health tech, we were ensured the product includes installation and delivery which is why we agreed to purchase the brand new treadmill. After taking delivery three weeks ago, the treadmill is yet to be installed by a technician as promised after many phone calls unanswered and even visits to their office unsuccessful. Every time we go to the office they say they are in a meeting and will call us but never do. This kind of misleading sales tactics is shameful for any customer service company and we are very unhappy about our experience from Johnson health tech Melbourne.

Never deal with this company, it takes the Office of Fair Trading to get any response from them. Absolute abysmal customer service; happy to take your money upfront, refuses to reply after.Avoid like the plague.

Absolutely shocking warranty timeline I have reported a torn belt with inter-sport Wangaratta on the 12th November 2021 follow up call made on the 30th November 2021 I have called JHTA now twice in December to say the belt had been ordered and “would be Here next week on the next delivery” it’s now January and I’m still not back running on my Tredmill. I have ordered belts before through running belts Australia and I had it within a week.

Do not buy from this company. Read reviews from other sources, as their website only post positive reviews. Complete lack of communication. Johnson has completely stopped responding to my enquiries. I have tried email, messaging and calling with no luck. I was skeptical before purchasing so I contacted the company and they assured me they had many parts to the elliptical I was purchasing and it was a common elliptical they regularly sold. The main reason I purchased the elliptical Horizon Andes was for its folding function. However mine came with a fault which I was told has been happening with them after contacting. I got responses at first, while they never delivered on the initial 24-48 hours (more like weeks) after I lodged a service ticket, they still told me a technician would be in contact to organise a call out. I lodged this ticket on the 21st of June and still no communication. The company has ignored all communication,. I am happy to wait but I would like to have a date in mind or at least some assurance that my elliptical will be fixed. The absolute lack of any communication is why this review is so negative. You should not treat customers this way, especially after they have chosen to spend with you. Please think twice before purchasing with this company, and Johnson please do better by your customer.

Customer service is basically just a chat assistant (called Jess, it seems) telling you everything you want to hear. I ordered a Horizon T202 treadmill from them and despite checking in with them beforehand that stock was available and it would ship within 48 hours and being assured that this would be the case, we only received the treadmill a full 2 weeks later.Now, this doesn't sound so bad, but this was after multiple follow ups with live chat during which I was constantly assured it would ship within 48hrs (this every time I enquired anew), during which they blamed admin errors, during which at one point I was told it had actually shipped and the courier telling me a different story.The courier provided far better service than Johnson did and they followed up with me and informed me that they received the item a full 3 days after Johnson claimed that it had shipped.So when we finally received it I was beyond frustrated. Even following up after everything, I was basically told by the chat assistant: I can only relay what the team tells me. Which is fair, but is also a massive copout.Somewhere someone is lying to someone, which leads to an incredibly frustrated customer. This was also not a cheap item, coming in at just under $2000.But I guess, seeing as I was not a corporate customer of Johnson, my time doesn't mean as much. Also, free shipping" apparently in their books means "you'll get it when you get it."We specifically ordered directly through them to try and support businesses directly during these times

After sale customer service does not exist.I had an amazing buying experience with JFA. Our treadmill was well priced and the free delivery was a bonus! Unfortunately that’s where it ended.Within 12 months the motor in our ex-demo model died - in and of itself this is fine - what isn’t okay is that I put in a service request in April - almost 5 months ago. We have had the technician come out and confirm the motor is dead but, despite multiple follow ups with the JFA team, it has yet to be repaired. There has been no communication - you can never get through via phone and emails/Facebook messages are ignored. I would not recommend spending your money with this group.

Stay away from this company. (Six weeks of ordeal)I ordered an exercise bike, which was delivered with major manufacturing faults, making it unusable.I reported it through their portal, with supporting evidence etc. and then heard nothingI called three days later, they confirmed that the report has been received and advised that they'll come back to me.Heard nothing, so I called again. They confirmed that it was damaged and will replace it. Again, I heard nothing so I called again. The same story about being in the process of being approved etc.This has been going for five weeks. The last time I called, over a week ago, they said they will arrange a kerb side drop off. Again nothing.I reported these people to Afterpay and Kogan. Finally they responded via Kogan (the first time in writing) and advised that the bike is out of stock.They are either incompetent or have taken the approach of 'ignore the customer and he will eventually go away' approach.I've had enough so I asked for a refund. Since then, they've gone quiet again.Eagerly awaiting the refund in my account. Until then, take this as a warning.Update:. It was through Kogan Marketplace and you people have already responded through there, telling me that it's out of stock.  I asked for a refund and now you are telling me that there is no record of it.Update: after a lot of going around in circles, I was offered an upgrade on the bike and had it delivered within days. Off the floor product, in good condition. Moving to 1 to 3 stars.

I was looking to get a part for my Treadmill for last 8 months but it was not easy to get hold on to anyone in the company. No replies to phone calls and it’s difficult to find the right part and order through website. Distributer who sold me Tempoo 86, made promises many times to get me a simple Console cable but never did. Eventually Jodie Triegaard from JFTA has helped after I explained my situation and I got the item within a week.Great communicator. Very professional.Thanks Jodie

What a great experience dealing with the team at Matrix / JHT. The service was fantastic and the T3X treadmill is a very high end quality product. Love it! I should also point out the installation was exceptional and the technician was really careful getting this big unit into my home. He even removed all the packaging (a heap of it) and cleaned up. Great service, fantastic product and value for money! Thanks Matrix/JHT
